Using it feels very easy and it does an excellent job of keeping track of exactly what I need it to manage.

Pros
Having all the information I need about the people we serve available in one place has been really useful especially since I can pull it up wherever I am. I don't have to rely on a computer either because I can access everything right from my smartphone.
Cons
There are still some bugs in the program that keep showing up as we continue using more of its features.
