“quick, easy, and reliable
Pros
I like that I can use it through the app or website. It saves time, eliminates hassle, cuts down on fuel use and helps prevent the spread of infections.
Cons
So far, I haven't really found anything to complain about.

Pros
Scheduling appointments is very easy and smooth with this software.
Cons
The make mistakes with prescriptions and do not follow up on those mistakes so you do not get your medication and have to suffer because of it

The first customer service representative I spoke to was very kind and understanding.
Cons
Everything, pricier than other services and does not even help and will lie to you.

“efficient healthcare when you need it
Pros
When I first tried to schedule an appointment, they told me they could see me in just 6 minutes, which was impressive. If I had walked into an urgent care center at that moment, it would have taken at least 30 minutes just to be seen and the time it takes to drive there.
Cons
For some reason, my insurance was constantly being assigned to a different state. I have Ambetter Health of Tennessee, not Nebraska or Arkansas!

“A convenient system overall
Pros
Getting set up was easy. Once I signed up and created an account, scheduling a call was easy. I also really appreciate the portability and it's great to be able to use it from anywhere.
Cons
The integration with our business processes was a little bumpy at first, but I called and spoke to an agent who helped me work through the issue.

“Good company, but the provider background matters
Pros
The video and audio experience were excellent. The platform also provides a nice profile for patients to choose providers from. The patient note area now has checklists, which is super helpful.
Cons
They group all the mental health providers together, which means they get paid less compared to other platforms I use that pay based on a provider's qualifications and experience. Because of this, I tend to use other platforms more often.
