“User-friendly tool
Pros
One of the most helpful features of the Televox platform is the live response tracker. It lets us instantly monitor response rates after a release so we can quickly make adjustments and keep things on track.
Cons
I would love to have more control over custom or individualized message requests but since most of our outbound messages to customers are broad, this is not an issue we encounter often.

Pros
I have much to say but I will keep it short and mention the most favourite part that is communicating with patients via text messages which is really effective.
Cons
The issue is that patients do not always use it properly and end up not showing up instead of canceling correctly.
