Buggy menus

Pros

About the only positive thing I can say is that signing out works every single time.

Cons

As a business admin this is easily the most frustrating and least user friendly software I've ever been stuck using. Even basic tasks become unnecessarily hard and the menu feels outdated, awkward and clunky. There's a huge library of "how-to" videos which sounds useful at first but it really isn't. The search feature fills the results with unrelated content so you end up digging through it all yourself. Honestly on what other platform do you need a full training library just to handle simple things like tracking meds or assigning staff? Our employees dislike it, I dislike it and even our owner can't stand it but since the state "recommends" it we're forced to keep using it for compliance. On top of that it's overpriced. If your job requires this software hopefully you've got a lot more patience and spare time than I do.

clear guidance

Pros

Whenever questions come up their team is consistently helpful and approachable. They take the time to clarify things and usually share extra context as well which cuts down on confusion and helps our processes run more efficiently.

Cons

Even when something could turn into a problem the software team works closely with staff to find ways to improve it and backs those changes up with excellent documentation. What might seem challenging at first often ends up becoming one of its strengths.

Supportive staff every time

Pros

Anytime I have a question the staff are there with a smile and are always willing to help and explain things clearly.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about the service. My experience with it has been positive across the board.

Pros

Getting started with this software was a brand new experience for me but it has been very simple to figure out and use. Whenever I have a question I go to the chat helper and it consistently provides or finds the exact answer I need.

Cons

innovative platform with flexible modules

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how innovative and creative the team is while still keeping customers as the top priority. It offers a lot of modules and the platform gives organizations the flexibility to customize services around their specific needs.

Cons

Don't have any real poblems with it. The only thing I'd change is the character limit since it would be helpful to allow more characters.

Responsive team and constant support

Pros

Every staff member I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, open to feedback and genuinely committed to improving both the app and the online experience. It's been a wonderful experience overall.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about with it. If anything they handle feedback extremely well and there always seems to be a training or follow up action available.

Helpful support and learning

Pros

Right from the start the platform has been very open to questions and really supportive in helping new users learn the system. I'm excited to keep building my knowledge and continue using it.

Cons

The initial setup felt a bit disjointed and it would have been helpful to get a clearer overview of how the full system and all the modules connect together.

Pros

It has been the best EHR system for our organization and really fits what we need. It feels like a true partnership. The team listens to provider feedback and keeps making improvements based on what providers actually need.

Cons

I don't have any specific issues. Our organization is still working on how to get the most out of this software and we still have more to do on our side to fully use all of its features.

Growth year after year

Pros

Since we started using this software back in 2010 the progress has been remarkable. The steady growth and regular updates year after year really stand out. It's clear they're focused on offering the fastest most user friendly portal for documenting and sharing information for the clients we support.

Cons

After 14 years with them I can honestly say I haven't run into any downsides with either the company or the software.

Has worked really well for our agency both during individual intake and while delivering services. We keep discovering new features and the platform continues to improve how we document information and stay on top of important items.

Cons

Pros

It has made a huge difference in how I manage my caseload. Having important information with me no matter where I am has been incredibly helpful. I can sign in from a computer, tablet or phone which makes staying connected really convenient.

Cons

No major downsides that I have run into. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is having to log in again multiple times if the system leaves you idle for too long.

The workflow image is something I really appreciate. The help resources and support videos are also very useful whenever I need a quick refresher on a task or skill.

Cons
