Very price friendly software for behavioral health facilities.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and offers a good user experience for clinicians. My patients like that it is easy to use and they have to access telehealth features through the patients portal. The video calling feature is impeccable. I really like the whiteboard tool which allows me to share notes and resources during the sessions if someone wants to have access to them. The pricing of the software is very light on the pocket for small businesses, so the implementation cost is low.

Cons

When I am creating my own forms, the process can be difficult, because I will need to move it to the place where it should be. Sometimes when I create multi-choice questionnaires I wish I had the option to hit copy and alter questions. I want there to be a save button on top place on the page instead on the bottom of the page. It might be a minor issue, but it can be made better.

Pros

I love TheraPlatform for its ease of use, and today, I experienced the best customer service. The support team went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue, ultimately resolving it despite it being related to my new internet service.

The feature that appeals to me the most is that it gives me access to a private practice-specific virtual office that is safe and simple to use. Additionally, it has features tailored to the needs of US-based psychologists, mental health professionals, and others. It is a great commercial option for school districts, colleges, and other organizations looking to provide low-cost or free online treatment services.

Cons

I almost always have to sign out, sign back in, and troubleshoot throughout a session. It feels like they don’t pay attention to our complaints since they have been persistent for a while now. There are a lot of features that don’t function, and the customer support is average.

BILLING and CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE

The virtual platform generally works well.

Cons

Billing through Theraplatform for insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid has been dreadful. Forced codes and unresponsive customer service have led to rejected claims and frustration.

We have particularly enjoyed the apps and games for our older clients. On the administrative side, features like automatic email invites and responsive help desk support have been invaluable.

Cons

We've had a few mishaps, like sending multiple invites to the same parent due to appointment time errors. A confirmation button before sending automatic invites would be helpful.
