One of the main reasons to choose TherapyAppointment EMR Software was that it is created by a therapist. it comes with extremely handy tools and services required for patient data handling, account access, and an online portal. The workflow is very smooth and it is loved by my patients.
Cons
Fewer click options would be encouraged as it would save up time. Overall, updates mostly minor problems.

I really appreciate how the billing section works effectively. It provides security to the database and I have figured out many tools for efficient workflow.

Appointment calendars require a lot of clicking as it lowers productivity.

Little issue with deleting scheduling documents.
