“handy mobile charting”
Pros
Using it on a handheld device works really well especially for documenting during treatment sessions and collecting the patient's signature right there on the mobile device.
Cons
Figuring out how to write new goals once the previous ones are achieved (so they can carry into the next note) has been frustrating. Technical support also hasn't been very helpful and the tone from the person I spoke with felt demeaning.

“Simple documentation that keeps up”
Pros
As a clinician working with this software is very easy. It lets me focus on treating patients while still completing point of service documentation at the same time. The system is user friendly and I can have a patient sign on my phone, sync everything and continue documenting on my tablet or computer without any trouble. The updates have also been helpful and never feel disruptive.
Cons
On iOS documenting vital signs requires scrolling which is less convenient. On Windows or Android I can simply type the information in instead.

“Home therapy charting”
Pros
Hands down this is the most user friendly documentation tool I've used in home therapy. The app includes everything that's needed and I can even finish my notes right inside it. Patients are also able to sign directly in the app which is really convenient.
Cons
Something that gets a bit annoying is the constant syncing especially if I forget to do it. It can feel repetitive and frustrating. It also doesn't match the SOAP note format exactly.

It is very user friendly and really makes home therapy visits much more manageable.

A very minor issue but I'm not a fan of the color choices.

Pros
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It felt like a complete waste of both time and money.
Cons
It's very bad and overly complicated to use and the customer service is poor. I also lost work even after saving it, it keeps adding unnecessary items and some of the wording used in the software is just frustrating and ridiculous.

“reliable fit for our practice”
Pros
Right from the start this software was fairly simple to use and covered everything our practice needed at the time. It was a bit limited in certain areas especially with scheduling and billing repeat options but we never ran into any real problems. The only time we needed assistance customer service was there and very helpful.
Cons
It does lack some forms and the scheduling repetition features are missing.
