Pros

Whenever we needed help customer service was consistently available and there when we reached out.

Cons

A downside is that the customer service has seemed to change over time and there have been moments when they came across as rude or irritated with my staff.

missing basic payment controls

Pros

Honestly nothing about it worked well for me and I have a hard time believing anyone could keep accurate books with this system.

Cons

Payment posting is a mess because there's no balancing function. In other softwares you can enter the check amount and keep posting until it reaches zero which makes it much easier to confirm everything was entered completely and correctly. That's such a basic feature and it's missing here. Other than that the system forces you to create multiple accounts when a patient changes providers and it also duplicates invoice lines when a patient has two insurance plans on file.

All in one practice management

Pros

Running my practice no longer requires juggling a bunch of different apps. This brings together the core tools and services I need to keep everything operating successfully, including scheduling, psychotherapy notes, a client portal, reminders, a smartphone app, telehealth, insurance billing, income tracking, expense management and document storage.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see is the ability to share client charts with multiple clinicians at the same time. From what I understand that feature is expected to arrive in early 2023.

helpful tools for behavioral health

Pros

Right away the range of features in this software really stood out to me especially for professionals working in mental and behavioral health. It helps users handle their tasks more efficiently making the workflow faster and less complicated. It supports better patient well being.

Cons

It bothers me that some features in the software are not very user friendly. It's also frustrating that users are not able to correct errors once they happen.

Pros

Creating process notes and treatment plans with the software feels very easy and I really appreciate how well everything works together in one place. It's also nice to see the platform regularly updated with new features which makes it feel like it keeps improving over time.

Cons

I haven't run into any real negatives with the software. I did have a couple of minor issues like trying to add an uncommon service code but once I reached out the customer support was excellent and handled it well.

helpful client entry and notes

Pros

Adding a client was simple and copying and pasting my notes was easy too.

Cons

The calendar didn't work well for me. There also isn't a space for admin notes or basic general notes without extra questions attached. I wasn't a fan of how the product is set up because it doesn't feel very user friendly and there are still bugs that need attention. As of 12/02/2019 the notes were not saving correctly: the dates were being saved as the day I copied and pasted the note instead of the actual service date.

affordable fit for solo practice

Pros

Has been a great fit for my solo practice because it includes everything I need at a very affordable price. The dashboard is clean and the whole system is very simple to work with and use.

Cons

This is a tiny thing but I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more color in the calendar (this is hardly even worth mentioning)

Great EMR

Pros

Is a solid user friendly platform that brings EMR together with several other key organizational tools psychotherapists need in private practice.

Cons

It would be even better if importing progress and process notes from other systems were more easy since that would likely make switching much more appealing.

customization isn't up to the par

Pros

The pricing felt reasonable and the customer support team responded really quickly when I reached out. Getting started was fairly quick too and the system was simple enough to use right away.

Cons

Customization was where it fell short for me because I couldn't really modify it to fit what I needed. There were also features I ended up never using and for some tasks I had to dig through the library and watch videos just to figure out how to do them.
