Pros
The company has two positive aspects. Firstly their frontline support staff are easily accessible through online chat as opposed to phone which is advertised on their website and are both knowledgeable and helpful. Secondly they integrate with Healthcode which allows for electronic invoices to be easily sent without any issues.
Cons
The system is difficult to understand and has a cumbersome feel. Our team has faced various problems during the implementation some of which are still unresolved after 6 months. The training provided was inadequate consisting of only 2 hours of online training with a staff member showing us what to do on their screen.

Pros
Booking appointments has become more convenient for both practitioners who are on the go and for our clients thanks to our online scheduling platform. Clients can now receive their receipts via email and have fast access to their patient portals to see their appointment history which is a great advantage. Additionally the waiting list feature gives clients the flexibility to select their preferred appointment time.
Cons
For a specific group of clients it's possible for them to cancel their appointments without contacting the clinic directly on short notice. As a result we need to be vigilant in monitoring our practice's emails and notifying the practitioners promptly. Sometimes our online chat support may not respond as quickly as we would like but we understand that our staff is currently working from home due to the circumstances. Fortunately the use of the Together feature and TM3 support articles can help alleviate this problem.
