Pros
It has a single database system with four amazing tools designed especially for rheumatology practice. Their combined feature of EHR and practice management streamlines my whole clinical work through a single system. Works really well for me and my team. Impressive work.

Pros
Have all staff and client schedules through the computer. Session notes can be done through this software and sent to insurance companies. There are a lot of tutorials for this software for us.
Cons
They conduct a lot of maintenance which takes up time.

I have truly loved the team behind the software and its responsiveness overall. They have kept the software easy to use, simple to get new users up and running, and just enough customization to make it our own.
Cons
Certain items on the software have a long loading time for some odd reason.

Everything thing you need is there. Options are unlimited. Navigation is straightforward once you learn the system. Support is knowledgeable and fast.
Cons
took a while to learn the system but once you learn the ins and outs of navigation its a breeze
