Pros
Have all staff and client schedules through the computer. Session notes can be done through this software and sent to insurance companies. There are a lot of tutorials for this software for us.
Cons
They conduct a lot of maintenance which takes up time.

Everything thing you need is there. Options are unlimited. Navigation is straightforward once you learn the system. Support is knowledgeable and fast.
