Pros
Getting appointments set up is very simple and new staff can learn it quickly which makes onboarding much easier. Adding recurring appointments takes hardly any time. The care workers out in the field really value having all the client details they need right at their fingertips and they get notified straight away about any roster changes. They also seem to use the mobile app without any trouble. Communication and the flow of information between office staff, care workers and clients has improved a lot and we're making fewer mistakes because of it. Timesheet processing is incredibly fast and payroll works really well with TurnPay. Submitting claims through Services Australia (My Aged Care), NDIS and DVA is about as simple as it could be which is especially impressive given how complicated Services Australia can be. Reporting and database queries are very flexible. TurnPoint is increasingly becoming a one-stop shop for all the client information we need. Overall, it's simple, user-friendly, the implementation went well and the whole team has been very happy with it.
Cons
No software is ever completely perfect but honestly there's nothing significant coming to mind that feels worth pointing out.
