I've found virtually every aspect of the product dependable and reliably stable, with a friendly feel, even if some procedures feel oddly deficient and the vendor has always been extremely responsive whenever I've needed help.
Cons
My only real gripe with the software has been the steep learning curve I faced when transitioning from another program but otherwise I've been extremely satisfied while using it here in Maryland and their office staff are consistently quick to pick up calls and respond to technical questions.

Navigation feels easy and reliable for our team allowing us to complete tasks without confusion. From a clinical standpoint, the structured, easy-to-follow notes make documentation much quicker for me.

Adjusting to the updates has taken me a while because there are changes to learn, yet I appreciate that the company is proactive about helping users through every tweak, offering live walkthroughs when needed and even posting explanatory videos on their website for each update. They also have been conscientious about giving a heads-up by phone before major changes go live which helps me prepare and avoid surprises in our workflow. One specific hiccup I've come across pertains to OASIS entries, the newer ICD9 codes aren't populating properly in the interface so while the diagnosis appears along with its numerical code, the descriptive meaning or label doesn't show up which has been the case since October 1st. Fortunately, the support team is already working on a fix and they're communicating that a resolution is in progress.
