This tool has been very user-friendly for me and whenever I place a call, their technical support team is consistently available to walk me through any issue.
Cons
I wish they offered weekend support because while it's true that competitors also typically lack service on weekends, I think it would really stand out if they provided assistance during that time.

Pros
I've found virtually every aspect of the product dependable and reliably stable, with a friendly feel, even if some procedures feel oddly deficient and the vendor has always been extremely responsive whenever I've needed help.
Cons
My only real gripe with the software has been the steep learning curve I faced when transitioning from another program but otherwise I've been extremely satisfied while using it here in Maryland and their office staff are consistently quick to pick up calls and respond to technical questions.

As someone managing different-sized agencies, I feel this tool offers excellent features for the price, scales smoothly to any size and is built on a great architecture, the dashboard is clear, simple and makes navigation feel powerful.

I honestly can't point to any real negatives, I like every aspect of the software and the team consistently stays on top of updates and changes so I never worry about falling behind.
