Pros
VI automated several processes for me. Their appointment reminders, texting, and campaigns have completely upgraded the way I communicate with my patients.
Cons
I would like consistency in the way to search for patients throughout the platform. Sometimes it is through last names, and sometimes it is through first names. I also want the ability to go to patient profiles via multiple dashboards.

Pros
I find it easy to use and appreciate the integration with my current processes. It has improved efficiency, and client reminders are extremely helpful.
Cons
Our EHR vendor currently does not offer a good solution for a patient portal. So maybe some functionality typically associated with a portal. However, to be fair, this was not my expectation when I purchased this service.

The initial integration went without a hitch. Ongoing support is fantastic. The new feature adaptation has been seamless. I am very impressed with the ROI.

Pros
All of the messages that VI sends out can be entirely customizable, from the appointment reminders to recalls to bulk campaigns. This has been most useful for my practice.
Cons
Sometimes the software itself can be tricky to navigate for a newcomer. But the customer support at Vital is responsive and eager to help show me how to accomplish something or do it for me.

Pros
The software is easy to navigate. If ever I need any assistance, I reach out to my rep, and he immediately responds with a solution or gets me to where I need to be.
Cons
I have never really had any issues with the system. The few things I have had were resolved quickly, and the staff always follows up to make sure I am satisfied.

The ease of customization of patient messages for my office, the integration with our practice management system, and the ability to engage our patients to ensure appointments are scheduled, reminded, and followed up on!
Cons
There is a lot of information on the reports, so there is a learning curve to be able to interpret it all.

VI was extremely easy to use with minimal training for end users. Advanced patient outreach was simple to understand as well.
Cons
The main menus may not be as descriptive or intuitive as they could be. That being said, the interface is very clean and easy to understand for people who use it on a daily basis.
