“Didn't sync in with our workflow
Pros
Customer Service is quick and everyone I have dealth with is easily reachable and responsive.
Cons
Unfortunately, this product does not work as expected. Implementation took eight months after we signed with them and began paying. We still do not have all the features working that were promised. Support requests are running about 6 weeks for resolution. Messaging capabilites are good, but sometimes the system will overwrite data. We have had complaints about not receiving remiders or cancellations from patients.

Pros
The onboarding of the service was excellent, and the customer service is fantastic. VI is always willing to try something new and makes a great deal of effort to continue expanding the product offering without nickel and diming me.
Cons
There's nothing I don't like. Sometimes launches for new services are buggy, but they respond quickly and make every effort to remedy the problem.

We are really impressed with Vital Interactions smart list engine, which is our favorite feature. With their help, we have set up multiple smart lists to re-engage patients who were lost to follow up. Despite being new to their service, we are already experiencing a significant improvement in patient engagement.

I can only give my feedback on the bulk messaging feature since thats the only one we use. Its user-friendly and helps us send texts to multiple patients every day to remind them of their past due balances before sending them to collections. The feature also comes in handy when we need to find patients correct addresses

The Vital Interaction platform is very versatile as it can combine multiple individual platforms we use into one. It is easy to use and can be accessed through a web portal instead of an app. This is particularly useful for people who work from home or different workstations within our facility. We have received excellent customer service so far and our integration has been smooth.
Cons
I find it inconvenient when the navigation bar alternates between displaying full text and displaying only icons.

The product is easy to use and has a lot of features that are missing in other applications. The customer service is quick and timely, and the implementation was easy, timely, and on budget.

I have not found any specific cons in the product. I just believe the sales call missed an important feature that should have been discussed initially with the team. It was a pleasant surprise to find out about the feature later.

Compared to other implementations, this was fast and easy. VI had a few questions and helped customize everything for my practice. There is a cadence of reminders that go out by a combination of phone, email, and text based on timing and patient preference.
Cons
When patients receive texts from us for the first time, they see a number they do not recognize and call our office to be sure it is legitimate.

I like that this software integrates with our current practice management program. Our office is able to function more efficiently because we are not spending time manually confirming appointments or sending recall cards. The reports are easy to read and understand, and the support staff is very responsive and helpful.
Cons
The JotForm format, created for our new patient registration form, can be challenging to read sometimes, specifically the Patient Medical History and Family Medical History sections. I wish there was a column for the Patient's Medical History and one for Family Medical History.

Pros
What I like most is the SMS texting feature and the appointment cancellation option with all its features. These two features are what I use daily, and they give me the ability to add one more fail-safe to a patient's appointment. When a patient uses the cancellation feature on the appointment reminder, they sometimes accidentally cancel their appointment without realizing it. I use the texting feature to text the patient confirming we have canceled their appointment. It gives them the chance to confirm once and for all that they wish to cancel their appointment or realize there has been a mistake and call to sort things out. The ability for VI to cancel a patient appointment and capture their reason in the texting feature is also very helpful in confirming a patient has canceled their appointment.
Cons
At times, the message reports do not match, and I have to go back and cross-match between the Facility reports and message logs.
