Vital Interaction is worth a look! "User Friendly and Time Efficient"
Pros

We are really impressed with Vital Interactions smart list engine, which is our favorite feature. With their help, we have set up multiple smart lists to re-engage patients who were lost to follow up. Despite being new to their service, we are already experiencing a significant improvement in patient engagement.

Cons

At the moment, I cannot identify any drawback.

Pros

The development and integration team of the company is willing to incorporate new features to better meet the customers requirements.

Cons

Initially, there were some issues with our account setup that affected some features when loading new providers. However, the support team has been helpful in resolving these issues. It is important to note that these issues were likely caused by customer admins making changes without proper knowledge. This is not a criticism of the software itself.

Helpful Texting tool to remind patients of past due balances
Pros

I can only give my feedback on the bulk messaging feature since thats the only one we use. Its user-friendly and helps us send texts to multiple patients every day to remind them of their past due balances before sending them to collections. The feature also comes in handy when we need to find patients correct addresses

Cons

I dont have anything that I particularly dislike.

Idea Inception to Go Live
Pros

The Vital Interaction platform is very versatile as it can combine multiple individual platforms we use into one. It is easy to use and can be accessed through a web portal instead of an app. This is particularly useful for people who work from home or different workstations within our facility. We have received excellent customer service so far and our integration has been smooth.

Cons

I find it inconvenient when the navigation bar alternates between displaying full text and displaying only icons.

Not what was promised
Pros

The automated messaging feature was useful, but it would have been better if the information sent was accurate.

Cons

The support I received was terrible. They seemed unaware of the situation and did not respond promptly. It took them several weeks to resolve the issues, without providing any updates or communication during that time.
