Reasonably priced telemental health solution
Pros

In terms of affordability this software is reasonably priced and provides a reliable telemental health solution. It offers a userfriendly interface and continuous updates with additional features. Moreover its adherence to HIPAA compliance ensures the privacy and confidentiality of clients' information.

Cons

Occasionally there are disruptions in the video chat connection which can be frustrating for both the provider and the client. It remains uncertain whether these interruptions are caused by the platform itself or the strength of the user's internet signal.

They were not willing to make changes I needed. They often said its coming.
Pros

While I appreciate the responsiveness of the IT personnel there were delays in their response times. The software itself had a straightforward user interface and there were minimal complexities involved in connecting with clients. The availability of predesigned templates was also beneficial.

Cons

The cost of the software is quite high considering the limited benefits I received. Communication with the directory was ineffective as I only received one referral after being listed for approximately eight months. Additionally there were issues with unwanted emails despite expressing my preference not to receive them. Overall the software did not sufficiently cater to the specific needs of individuals listed in the directory and I eventually found it more efficient to explore other options.
