Pros
WRS is incredibly user-friendly and it offers more options than the previous EHR while being cost-effective. I found that the features that are beneficial to the practice, such as patient messaging through the web portal and a convenient order & tracking feature. Furthermore, the printout screen that displays patient history in one view is useful. Additionally, the ability to fax imported items, results, and referrals with just a few clicks saves time.
Cons
WRS does not notify the practice of patient replies to messages sent through the web portal.
