After reading all of the customer support functionality pros listed on this page, we decided to go ahead with WRS Health for our dental clinic. I would say that in terms of affordability and customizability, this is an amazing software. Would I consider it the best software for orthodontics? Probably not. But overall, I feel that a high EMR software rating is justified in this case. I especially appreciate our long periods of patient waiting times are over.
Cons
Although all the features are great and all, I will say that we have faced similar issues like those recounted by other reviewers here. Things like problems with customization and filling automatic prescriptions.

After reading all of the customer support functionality pros listed on this page, we decided to go ahead with WRS Health for our dental clinic. I would say that in terms of affordability and customizability, this is an amazing software. Would I consider it the best software for orthodontics? Probably not. But overall, I feel that a high EMR software rating is justified in this case. I especially appreciate our long periods of patient waiting times are over.

It is a very user-friendly EHR system that you can learn within a few hours. Customer service handles all complaints with professionalism and there is no delay.

I tried many other programs but this is the only one for billing that I have liked. It is customizable and the support is always available 24/7.
Cons
The learning curve is a bit high and it takes some time to get used to but overall, a good experience.

There is a learning bend but it is exceptionally customizable. Support is mind-blowing and fast. I have attempted a few programs over the year. Billing support is additionally amazing, training was excellent

WRS Health EHR Software was a nightmare for us to use! The only positive thing I can think of is that it has EMR and management both rolled into one so we went from two software to using just one.
Cons
It is not a good fit for pediatric practice. If you want to make a family account and register all the children together, guess what? You cant! You have to painstakingly register each child separately which is a total nightmare, It is not user friendly either. I would ask you not to buy this and save your sanity and money.

The somewhat good things about this system are that it is a web-based system record so it is easy to login from anywhere, the next thing is that it is not that difficult to understand the EMR, it is pretty much easy, the third thing is that they do provide with a bunch of templates which helps you in choosing whatever one you want, and the last thing I would mention is that the e-prescription is easy to do with this system.
Cons
Here comes some of the things that I didn’t like at all and were not tolerable by me. The technical support is horrible, you would have to do support tickets and that’s something that makes you wait until someone gets to you on it. I also started using their billing feature and got to know that they teach within 4 hours with the help of an overseas person, that you’re unable to understand and miss a lot of the things that they might be teaching you. Like it’s not a game, have a more professional behavior people.

I am really very happy and pleased with the system. The system can be customized according to what you need or want. The support team is so quick in responding and helping out that you’d love them. The billing is also integrated with the system which is amazing. The billing module is quite great, and the billing support is phenomenal. The training was great. I like the system a lot.
Cons
The system has a learning curve to it, but the team that was assigned to help and train us were very patient. They helped us throughout whenever we needed their help. There isn’t anything else that is worth mentioning, because as a whole it’s a pretty good system.

I like that this system is easy to use, and I also like the ease with which we’re able to view the patient records. It is a quite decent software, as it promotes proper charting. It is also extremely helpful for the people who aren’t much familiar with HPI and exam charting. It has helped us a lot and the best part of it is the ease that it provides of using it.
Cons
There is nothing that I can currently thing of, so for now I’d say none. But, still I would appreciate it if they keep on improving on their own and bring new updates to offer.

When compared with other EMRs, then I would say that this EMR is easier to use, but it’s quite basic, doesn’t do a lot.
Cons
Their online training tutorials aren’t up to date, and it isn’t easy to get someone who you can ask questions from, about the things you don’t understand. This thing is not just a problem with this system, but I’d say it’s with overall every system that I’ve used, and it is that the lab interface is not that good and isn’t fully functional at all. The email function and the patient portal should be improved and made more user-friendly and functional. It is hard to navigate through the system easily, as there is no page up and page down buttons, and multi-tasking seems impossible with this system, as you have to close one in order to open another window.

We decided to go with WRS’ EMR and PM. We never thought that this transition could have been this pleasant, but the credit goes to WRS I’d say. Never thought that there existed a system that would suit our requirements this much. WRS health was our first choice and I am glad we got it. the entire staff in my practice is very much happy and so are our patients. The guide you throughout and they’ve also provided with only assistance, which made it easier for us to learn how to use it. I like the combination of PM an EMR in one package. I like that we can speak to actual physicians that are already using this system for their practice.

The EHR has made many improvements over the years that have been beneficial. It is web-based and always accessible, allowing users to easily perform most tasks. Furthermore, the ability to log a ticket for any problems is available. Moreover, it has significantly reduced accounts receivable from past billing person.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while to receive answers regarding billing issues. I also wish for more customizable features, such as making notes that fit the practice, automatically organizing tasks/emails for patients in their EMR "file," and allowing notes to be separated into different sections like phone messages and OV notes. Also, after 7 years of use, it can be challenging to find specific notes, as the EHR currently runs on continuously.

I found that the features that are beneficial to the practice, such as patient messaging through the web portal and a convenient order & tracking feature. Furthermore, the printout screen that displays patient history in one view is useful. Additionally, the ability to fax imported items, results, and referrals with just a few clicks saves time.

WRS does not notify the practice of patient replies to messages sent through the web portal.

WRS is very easy to learn and use, including the billing system which can be tricky at first. WRS can act as a billing agency, which can be a helpful solution for those who struggle with the billing system.
Cons
The user feels that they are not utilizing the EHRs full capabilities.

WRS Health is easy to use once set up. The software offers customizable templates, pointing and clicking, and personalized options for patient visits make documentation effortless. Moreover, the scheduler is highly appreciated by the office staff. We have had no complaints from the billers uptill now. And we highly recommend the EHR.
