“Good but requires training

Pros

Out of all the systems I have used I must say that Xactes EMR is the best system and has been a game-changer for our clinic. The user interface is modern sleek and intuitive which makes it easy for our staff to navigate through patient records and appointment schedules. The softwares integration with other healthcare tools has streamlined our workflow significantly. The reporting features are robust and provide us with detailed insights into patient care and operational efficiency.

Cons

There are times when I experience loading errors and the system would freeze or pause which requires a restart. And this is something that causes a lot of frustration!
