I have used many other platforms, and XL Dent is by far the best one! It is easy to use for scheduling, billing, etc. We love it!

It's very intuitive, and new hires love the online videos they can watch to learn all the ins and outs!

Cons

The way statements are done, the messages they put on statements, even when we're waiting on insurance, sometimes upset our patients. If we "nice-up" the message, it doesn't get the point across to those who are past due!

For me, accessing patient demographics and account history is very easy and doesn't pose any difficulties.

Cons

Moving between patients and transitioning from patient demographics to clinical details is cumbersome and inefficient.
