It's user-friendly, easy to learn, and offers many features such as credit card payment, text reminders, messaging, and inclusive billing.
Cons
I wish I had more flexibility to modify my SOAP notes. The system can be slow at times, but I know they are working on improving that. Additionally, the clearing house they work with is challenging and slow.

I Acknowledge the scheduling feature and the integration of a clearing house with the EHR.
Cons
Zhealth's EHR customer service has been the most disappointing experience I've had as a practitioner in over 52 years. The sales team misled us about the product and failed to deliver. The customer service representative/manager showed no consideration for our needs and made constant excuses. Working with Zhealth and their customer service has been incredibly exhausting and challenging. For instance, they didn't provide acupuncture templates for 6-8 months, and we had to use chiropractic templates instead. The billing and scheduling systems have glitches, and the customer service team is slow in resolving or addressing issues. I strongly recommend finding a better company to partner with and not wasting your time and money on these dishonest individuals. We recently switched to Jane EHR, and the experience has been wonderful. It's a much better platform, and Jane's customer service is proactive and friendly.

After extensive searching for an EHR that fit my practice, I discovered zHealth. I was convinced after our demo call. It's affordable, intuitive, and Simply. It also offers a membership-based practice option, which I couldn't find elsewhere for such a great value. Customer support is the best I've encountered.
Cons
For future updates, I suggest adding family profiles and the ability to use one credit card for an entire family's memberships.

The system is slow and frequently down. If I have issues, I have to email support. They run long queries during business hours, making it nearly impossible to use. I now use a separate schedule because it's down or not working most of the time. The bank for processing payments is very poor, so we can't even use it. There is no patient ledger; I have to go to each DOS to see where to add payment, etc. The system is slow, and customer service is terrible.

I find it fairly easy to use. Our customer support specialist is great and always gets back to me the same day. I know the doctor's favorite feature is that patients can book appointments online, even on the same day.
Cons
The software sometimes glitches, like when changing an appointment time. If it doesn't do its little flash before I move the appointment, it will keep it the same or move it to a different time on the same day, depending on what I was trying to do.
