We had a few demo calls with zHealth before implementing it, and we were impressed by the layout, online booking capabilities, and billing functions. Since switching to zHealth, they have introduced a POS system and consistently update their software. Billing through zHealth is simple and straightforward, saving our billing department a lot of time and effort. We appreciate that patients/clients can book appointments with multiple providers either through our front desk or online. Moreover, zHealth offers automatic appointment reminders, virtual intake forms, and patient communication options.
