Zhealth Gets the Job Done
Pros

I love that I can customize the software to fit my specific needs. The availability of explanatory files and instructional videos makes it easy to find quick answers to any questions I may have. Training new employees on the software is a breeze because of these resources.

Cons

In some areas of the software I can add and remove new inputs such as supplies or supplements. However in other areas like insurance companies or patient types I can only add new inputs and have to contact the Zhealth IT team to have them removed. I would prefer to have the ability to remove inputs myself without needing approval.

Great Chiropractic Management Software at a Great Price
Pros

This software is very easy to learn and its layout is excellent. Taking notes and managing patients is seamless. Transitioning from our old serverbased software to zHealth was relatively simple. There are many features we haven't explored yet but it's reassuring to know they're available if needed.

Cons

There are a couple of things I don't like about the software. Firstly I can't customize my own SOAP notes in the office it has to be done by a team member. However they recently announced the highly anticipated SelfService SOAP Notes Builder which allows users to create their own notes. Secondly I can't send blast emails to patients for closures holidays or other notifications. Although I can send blast text messages there is an associated fee.
