It's easy to use and set up. The billing and patient accounting are clear and concise. It's also simple to configure for multiple providers. The schedule is easy to read, and I love the integration of online patient forms into the patient file.
Cons
EOB and claims posting aren't as simple as other programs I've used. Additionally, the reports don't provide many options to narrow down criteria.

Integrating zHealth into our Sports Chiropractic facility was effortless! We had a few demo calls with zHealth before implementing it, and we were impressed by the layout, online booking capabilities, and billing functions. Since switching to zHealth, they have introduced a POS system and consistently update their software. Billing through zHealth is simple and straightforward, saving our billing department a lot of time and effort. We appreciate that patients/clients can book appointments with multiple providers either through our front desk or online. Moreover, zHealth offers automatic appointment reminders, virtual intake forms, and patient communication options.
Cons
Our office would love to see a few additional features, including comprehensive CRM data, patient reporting, and more customization options for SOAP notes.
