Easy for Chiros

Pros

Cons

Great tool to use in our office

Pros

When we started with ZHealth over a year ago, we had Zoom meetings with our customer success specialist. I was given his cell phone number, so I always had a direct contact with ZHealth instead of being sent into a call center queue. When our representative took another job, he gave us the name and phone number of our new rep. There are two parts of the software I really like: the reports feature, which makes it easy for my chiropractic assistant to track patient visits and billing, and the ability for patients to schedule same-day appointments during their lunch break.

Cons

When I use the last visit report and enter a date range, it gives me every visit that patient had during that range. I'd like it to be a true last visit report so I can tell when someone hasn't been to my office for an extended period, allowing me to reach out to them.

Love this product

Pros

This EHR is excellent. Having tried out numerous products, I find it easy to learn, and the sales staff are dedicated to tailoring it to your needs. I've recommended this product to many others, and they love it too.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about. I just wish they were quicker at implementing changes, although I don't check back as often as I should.

zHealth for Multiple Services!

Pros

I love that many of my notes are automated with check marks and drop-downs. The software easily compiles a narrative, even if you have to type some of your entries into your notes.

Cons

What I like least about this software is the lack of a timestamp and that they don't offer medical documentation/HIPAA compliance officers to ensure all note-taking is done properly.

Zhealth is the best

Pros

Web-based, quick, and everything you enter auto-saves. The price is a great value. Customer service is extremely helpful and friendly. Templates are easy to set up.

Cons

Great Chiropractic Software

Pros

I particularly enjoy the cloud-based functionality and the ability to customize. The text message appointment reminders are a fantastic feature that comes at no extra cost, unlike some other EHR software.

Best decision I've made

Pros

I adore how I can personalize the SOAP notes to suit my requirements. This has significantly simplified the billing process for me.

Cons

The only con I've found so far is that the system glitches occasionally. But it doesn't affect anything.

Zhealth Gets the Job Done

Pros

The ability to adjust the software to fit my needs is fantastic. Additionally, having informative documents and videos available for quick reference is incredibly handy, especially when training new staff members.

Cons

In some areas of the software, I can add and remove new inputs, like with supplies or supplements, but in other areas, I can only add new inputs and have to notify the Zhealth IT team for removals, like insurance companies or patient types. I'd prefer to be able to remove inputs without having to contact the IT team.

Chiropractic software

Pros

The software is very intuitive and has a great interface. Our office's favorite feature is the ERA payments for the patients' DOS. It saves our office a ton of time inputting payments manually. Importing all of our patient demographics was a breeze for our team. Once I sent the customer service team our CSV file, it was uploaded into the new software within 48 hours.

Cons

One improvement would be the ability to consolidate the amount of files when combining notes. We are mainly a personal injury practice, and when sending 20-25 visits to attorneys, the file size can sometimes be too large to email.

Pros

I love that I can customize the software to fit my specific needs. The availability of explanatory files and instructional videos makes it easy to find quick answers to any questions I may have. Training new employees on the software is a breeze because of these resources.

Cons

In some areas of the software I can add and remove new inputs such as supplies or supplements. However in other areas like insurance companies or patient types I can only add new inputs and have to contact the Zhealth IT team to have them removed. I would prefer to have the ability to remove inputs myself without needing approval.

Great Chiropractic Management Software at a Great Price

Pros

This software is very easy to learn and its layout is excellent. Taking notes and managing patients is seamless. Transitioning from our old server based software to zHealth was relatively simple. There are many features we haven't explored yet but it's reassuring to know they're available if needed.

Cons

There are a couple of things I don't like about the software. Firstly I can't customize my own SOAP notes in the office it has to be done by a team member. However they recently announced the highly anticipated SelfService SOAP Notes Builder which allows users to create their own notes. Secondly I can't send blast emails to patients for closures holidays or other notifications. Although I can send blast text messages there is an associated fee.
