Pros
What I like the most about A2000 is that it's a detailed system with a lot of versatility. Like I love that I can manage the product and inventory, process sales orders and connect warehousing and shipping all in one place. Plus the integration of Accounts Payable and General Ledger features makes handling bank and tax reporting fairly easy.
Cons
Software is too versatile that at times it become difficult to understand it. For example there are multiple ways to accomplish a task, which can complicate training for employees. I also wish the system was a bit more user friendly. Plus it would be great to have a widget where I could ask questions and receive automatic answers.

Pros
A2000 software is easy to use and I can quickly access information across multiple modules. It's very user-friendly.
Cons
I would like to have a way to inquire about all purchase orders for a specific customer, regardless of their order status within a particular date range.

“A2000 Keeps us up to date”
Pros
The reporting features and the ability to process purchase orders has gotten really simple with it. The inventory adjustments and transfers are particularly helpful for tracking what's happening with stock which eventually keeps us up to date. Moreover the web integration and the training I received were excellent.
Cons
I am not particularly fond of some reports because they can't be cross-referenced. I hope that in the future, there will be a report that pulls style master data not only from the master sheet but also from the sales tab to include COO and care information. Also it would be helpful if it could pull data from the cost/spec sheet to list the materials used and their content. Currently, I find it difficult to collect all this information for each style.

“Highly valuable but not very user-friendly”
Pros
A2000 provides a wealth of information for our team. Its reporting features are exceptional as it offers various ways to analyze business performance. Once users understand the system's features and operations, software becomes really important.
Cons
It causes some sort of difficulties for our team since we are adapting this apparel program for Home Textiles. Even though the system is excellent for apparel due to its detailed nature, but it requires more hands-on involvement for data entry.

Pros
It is an all in one product with excellent EDI and warehouse modules, supported by a solid Oracle backend. The client interface via the browser is easy to navigate and the cloud-based hosting is both simple and reasonably priced. Their support is also great for meeting our strict deadlines.
Cons
It is not a con but my suggestion is that having additional integrations would definitely be helpful.

I have been using A2000 for around 7 years and it stands out as one of my favorite systems. It keeps everything organized for our business needs. Whenever I need support, they respond quickly and are very helpful. Other than that the system is easy to use and its interface looks modern.
Cons
Well I failed to find any issues since I have not come across anything that seems wrong to me about this.

I love how the integration within the system works, as well as the ability to connect it with our other systems. And the system is adaptable and user-friendly.
Cons
The warehouse feature is not as detailed as I would like. While it works well for us, I would prefer to have additional features to help further automate our processes.

“Generating sales reports is very easy”
Pros
Uploading orders and generating sales reports by style, season and customer is very easy. Also it is simple to input re-orders and check available ATS which helps us prevent overselling.
Cons
It took too many screens to reach the report I needed. We failed to do our projected buys with the previous software and upgrading came with an extra fee.

A2000 is a high-quality product with reliable customer support and great flexibility. We manage over 45,000 SKUs and can track everything at a very reasonable cost.
Cons
Smaller companies with lower output might not experience the financial benefits, and the analysis reports may not accurately reflect actual production numbers.

When it comes to achieving the expected results from the software, it does well. However, if you are looking for something particularly innovative or high-tech, this might not be the right choice.
Cons

Pros
All modules are very well integrated, from EDI and WMS to Sales and Accounting. Also the system easily fits in to business growth and connects with most e-commerce platforms and third-party software like GXS and various Vans.
Cons
Like any ERP system, the needs are subjective. But it would be beneficial for the system to have a more powerful reporting module and contractor payables.

Pros
I believe it is the best software available for anyone in the apparel industry. Our industry has unique requirements and it is designed specifically for us. It simplifies everything from production to order processing, accounting, EDI and warehouse management. Also it is fairly easy to use. Moreover the reporting features are excellent and customizing them is simple too. An additional advantage is that many staff members at A2000 have hands-on experience in the garment center, so they genuinely understand our needs.
Cons
No cons to reports. A2000 is simply the best.

Pros
Everything I need is integrated into a single system, including accounting, EDI, PDM and WMS. Also the system is very stable and capable of managing nearly every aspect of the business. Setting it up and migrating data in and out of the system is easy.
Cons
As with every ERP system I've used or reviewed, it could improve in terms of robust production tracking for imports.
