“fast invoicing and useful reports”

Pros

Creating orders and sending invoices is quick and efficient and I personally use the reporting tools regularly to manage purchasing. I also find it very convenient that I can email invoice and statement copies directly to customers.

Cons

My biggest complaint is that some updates occasionally introduce temporary bugs when they're rolled out.

Pros

Getting in touch with support is easy and I have found the platform offers far more functionality than our previous system as well as other competing programs in our industry.

Cons

The learning curve can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning and communication around upcoming updates or changes could be clearer.

Right away, the Irrigation Distribution Software stood out because of its insightful reporting tools which have helped me make data-driven decisions that improve crop yield while conserving resources. The customer support has been exceptional and I have seen regular updates that reflect the company's commitment to keeping users satisfied. Overall this irrigation software feels like a reliable and powerful solution that's helping transform the industry and I would absolutely consider it a top choice for businesses of any size.

Cons

At this point, I'm mainly waiting on future updates. Based on my conversations with their tech team, I'm hoping those new updates will be released soon.
