User-friendly interface was the biggest reason I considered buying it. After that, we needed quite a few customizations and their IT team was very supportive throughout the process. We've been very happy with both the team's responsiveness and the platform overall and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
Features I originally wasn't happy with, or wanted adjusted, have all been customized successfully to fit our requirements. At this point, I don't have any issues with it.

Even someone with very limited literacy can use this product because it's built in a very practical way for industrial use. The company is also willing to customize features to match our specific requirements which has been very helpful for us. On top of that, I've found the team enthusiastic and the work culture clearly centered on supporting customers as much as possible. Using this tool has helped us increase our revenue by 12.48%.
Cons
This tool has been designed around international standards and it would be better if the company continues focusing on that even more so a wider range of customers can use it.

There's only a slight improvement in how the software handles day-to-day operations and beyond that, I don't really find it offers much value.
Cons
Invoice totals are calculated incorrectly which is a serious problem and the reports never came out in the format we actually needed.

Built around real manufacturing experience, this product feels like it has been refined over the years through actual industry feedback. Cost tracking stands out as excellent and it adapts well to the specific needs of the industry. With cloud-based access, I find it especially convenient and GST compliance is already in place. The customer support has been amazing and it delivers the capabilities of a high-end ERP at a much lower price.
Cons
The overall look and feel could be much better and the UI/UX still needs improvement.

Since 2014 the application has been part of my workflow and I've consistently found it user-friendly with easy navigation. Regular updates have introduced many new features over time and support has remained easy to reach whenever needed.
Cons
One issue I still face is the session timing out. They explain that it's there for security reasons but a longer timeout period would really help users like me.

Starting with the system is very simple and almost anyone can understand how to use it in one go. Even when away from the office, invoices can still be created from anywhere in the world which I find extremely valuable.
Cons

The ERP gap for small and medium businesses is clearly addressed here. Many competing tools either fall short in functionality or become too expensive for this segment. Support remains easy to reach and resolves issues quickly. A easy interface makes onboarding easy for new employees and most day-to-day business scenarios are well covered by the modules.
Cons
Search performance still needs work, as it can be faster. The alerts section also feels like it needs further improvement. Data transfer to and from third-party software is another area that would benefit from more development.

Getting around the system feels pretty easy for us and it fits our business workflows well. The multi-invoicing and collections capabilities are especially useful and the alert system does a good job of reminding us when it's time to follow up on customer payments.
Cons
