user-friendly platform and responsive team

Pros

User-friendly interface was the biggest reason I considered buying it. After that, we needed quite a few customizations and their IT team was very supportive throughout the process. We've been very happy with both the team's responsiveness and the platform overall and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

Features I originally wasn't happy with, or wanted adjusted, have all been customized successfully to fit our requirements. At this point, I don't have any issues with it.

tailor-made support that drives revenue

Pros

Even someone with very limited literacy can use this product because it's built in a very practical way for industrial use. The company is also willing to customize features to match our specific requirements which has been very helpful for us. On top of that, I've found the team enthusiastic and the work culture clearly centered on supporting customers as much as possible. Using this tool has helped us increase our revenue by 12.48%.

Cons

This tool has been designed around international standards and it would be better if the company continues focusing on that even more so a wider range of customers can use it.

invoice errors and poor reports

Pros

There's only a slight improvement in how the software handles day-to-day operations and beyond that, I don't really find it offers much value.

Cons

Invoice totals are calculated incorrectly which is a serious problem and the reports never came out in the format we actually needed.

Powerful cloud ERP value

Pros

Built around real manufacturing experience, this product feels like it has been refined over the years through actual industry feedback. Cost tracking stands out as excellent and it adapts well to the specific needs of the industry. With cloud-based access, I find it especially convenient and GST compliance is already in place. The customer support has been amazing and it delivers the capabilities of a high-end ERP at a much lower price.

Cons

The overall look and feel could be much better and the UI/UX still needs improvement.

reliable and feature-rich platform

Pros

Since 2014 the application has been part of my workflow and I've consistently found it user-friendly with easy navigation. Regular updates have introduced many new features over time and support has remained easy to reach whenever needed.

Cons

One issue I still face is the session timing out. They explain that it's there for security reasons but a longer timeout period would really help users like me.

billing from anywhere is fantastic

Pros

Starting with the system is very simple and almost anyone can understand how to use it in one go. Even when away from the office, invoices can still be created from anywhere in the world which I find extremely valuable.

Cons

Billing process and overall functions are very simple to handle and I can manage my accounts from anywhere without having to worry about my organization's billing. It has honestly been a very helpful tool for me.

Better control from anywhere

Pros

Managing business operations becomes much simpler with this software. From my experience, it is quick to learn, user-friendly and significantly reduces paperwork. Another advantage I rely on is the ability to manage everything from virtually any location.

Cons

A few areas still need improvement especially features like HR solutions and planning. The app could also be faster when opening certain functions.

helpful support and quick adoption

Pros

Getting comfortable with the software didn't take long and the backend team has remained consistently supportive. Whenever help has been needed, assistance has been provided without delays or refusals.

Cons

One thing that feels missing is proper planning. It would be much more useful if the software included planning and scheduling features to help with organization and resource planning.

affordable ERP with responsive support

Pros

The ERP gap for small and medium businesses is clearly addressed here. Many competing tools either fall short in functionality or become too expensive for this segment. Support remains easy to reach and resolves issues quickly. A easy interface makes onboarding easy for new employees and most day-to-day business scenarios are well covered by the modules.

Cons

Search performance still needs work, as it can be faster. The alerts section also feels like it needs further improvement. Data transfer to and from third-party software is another area that would benefit from more development.

Simple navigation and broad task coverage

Pros

Navigation through the software is very easy even without strong accounting knowledge. Tasks feel simple to manage and most business operations are handled quite efficiently.

Cons

Reports could definitely be improved. It would also help to have direct integration with sites like GST and E-Airway Bill which would make related work much more convenient.

handy cloud access and quick onboarding

Pros

Onboarding takes almost no time and new users are typically trained within a day. The platform remains very user-friendly and cloud access allows reports and data to be accessed from anywhere.

Cons

Biggest downside is the speed because each click takes a while to respond and it would be much better if it were faster. I'd also love to have the option to submit GST returns online directly through the software.

Pros

Starting with this software proved very easy, with no extra training required. Navigation feels simple and it effectively addresses practical business needs. It aligns well with requirements and delivers exactly what is needed.

Cons

Cons

responsive support and scalable setup

Pros

Remote access also proves highly valuable especially when combined with responsive and approachable support whenever help is required. Setup is quick and the system scales smoothly as business needs grow.

Cons

At times, it can be slow to load even with a broadband connection. The invoice formats also need to be customizable to some extent by users for self-service since the current templates seem tailored to businesses in Karnataka (eSugam?). Another missing piece is the lack of search utilities.

From the beginning, the interface feels simple enough that users adapt quickly and training time is significantly reduced. As user numbers increase, this ease of adoption becomes even more important. A strong focus on user behavior also stands out, with continuous improvements based on real usage patterns. responsive team and fast updates

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how quickly the team responds to feedback. Suggestions get taken seriously and are implemented fast which makes the software feel actively supported and constantly improving. From my side, I also appreciate that there's no dependency on any specific PC or device.

Cons

A mobile-responsive website design is still needed especially to handle invoicing and accounting properly from a mobile device.

workflow and invoicing win

Pros

Getting around the system feels pretty easy for us and it fits our business workflows well. The multi-invoicing and collections capabilities are especially useful and the alert system does a good job of reminding us when it's time to follow up on customer payments.

Cons

As the application keeps expanding, a lot of new features have been introduced and that can feel confusing at times especially for SMEs. Still, the support team is clearly putting effort into helping address those concerns.
