user-friendly platform and responsive team

Pros

User-friendly interface was the biggest reason I considered buying it. After that, we needed quite a few customizations and their IT team was very supportive throughout the process. We've been very happy with both the team's responsiveness and the platform overall and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

Features I originally wasn't happy with, or wanted adjusted, have all been customized successfully to fit our requirements. At this point, I don't have any issues with it.

tailor-made support that drives revenue

Pros

Even someone with very limited literacy can use this product because it's built in a very practical way for industrial use. The company is also willing to customize features to match our specific requirements which has been very helpful for us. On top of that, I've found the team enthusiastic and the work culture clearly centered on supporting customers as much as possible. Using this tool has helped us increase our revenue by 12.48%.

Cons

This tool has been designed around international standards and it would be better if the company continues focusing on that even more so a wider range of customers can use it.

invoice errors and poor reports

Pros

There's only a slight improvement in how the software handles day-to-day operations and beyond that, I don't really find it offers much value.

Cons

Invoice totals are calculated incorrectly which is a serious problem and the reports never came out in the format we actually needed.
