“Reliable inventory and order flow”
Pros
This platform is very easy to use and the inventory features have been the best for day to day use. Order management runs well and when I have needed help, support has generally been helpful. Overall it's been a nice experience.
Cons
There have been occasional bugs along the way and the customization options feel somewhat limited. Support has also been slower to respond at times than I would have liked.

Pros
Overall it is user friendly which makes day to day use really comfortable. The support team has also been helpful, even if it does not feel quite as strong as it used to be.
Cons
Support is not at the same level it once was and the team is less strong than before.

“Helpful support for new bookkeepers”
Pros
The support has been the biggest plus for me. Since I am still new to bookkeeping, I end up with plenty of questions and the support team has been there to help me through them.
Cons
Compared with QuickBooks it is not very easy to use but I already expected that going in.
