fast invoice tracking and payments

Pros

Keeping track of invoices is easy and getting paid happens quickly which makes the whole process really convenient.

Cons

Updating company information when needed can be a bit tricky and takes more effort than it should.

Quick adoption

Pros

Right away the interface felt much more accessible and simpler to figure out than the older system. That made adoption happen quickly and helped employees transition without much disruption.

Cons

At our company's scale, connecting this software with the ERP systems we already use took a considerable amount of IT effort and resources.

powerful sourcing and purchasing hub

Pros

At first glance the interface can feel a little complex and even somewhat intimidating but it is very well designed and becomes a really useful tool for keeping work organized and moving quickly. It helped us handle all the upgrades needed to stay current with technology by making it possible to search for suppliers, compare specifications and prices and review options in an orderly way. We were also able to request quotes and make decisions based on solid data instead of guesswork. Other than that it supported our software purchasing process and helped us negotiate licenses for our technicians and engineers.

Cons

The downside is that onboarding and maintenance are expensive and the costs for customization and configuration add even more to the overall investment.

secure marketplace with drawbacks

Pros

It brings buyers and sellers together in a secure environment which is definitely one of its strongest points.

Cons

The fees can be a downside and the interface feels outdated at times. It's also slow to update and dealing with duplicate accounts can be frustrating.

sluggish system and awful support

Pros

The layout is clear and adding customers is easy.

Cons

Everything runs very slowly, pages constantly need to be refreshed and it doesn't let you open multiple tabs. On top of that the support is outrageous! I've honestly never dealt with such poor service before.

Effortless use

Pros

Submitting travel expenses was really easy and the reimbursement process happened very quickly.

Cons

Like most of their products a lot depends on how well the software is implemented within the organization because there are so many customization and automation options. Once we had it deployed properly though it became very simple to use.

constant crashes and login issues

Pros

To be honest there wasn't much about the software that stood out in a good way but one feature I did appreciate was the ability to edit timesheets.

Cons

The biggest problem was how often it crashed. It kept logging us out and then wouldn't let us back in often claiming our login credentials were incorrect even when they weren't.

All in one platform

Pros

It keeps everything centralized instead of having it scattered across several different platforms.

Cons

The functions still feel below where they should be. As a new user it can be difficult to work with and figure out what you're supposed to do.

Useful features

Pros

Using this tool has made it much easier to take part in RFP processes effectively! The features are useful and fairly easy so getting around the platform doesn't take much more than a bit of common sense.

Cons

Interface does come across as somewhat outdated when you compare it with newer platforms. Also there are other options on the market that offer more flexibility.

Great for e-invoicing

Pros

Already being on SAP makes this software one of the best tools to have in an organization. It's mainly used for e invoicing, payment approvals and processing and it removes the need to raise physical invoices. You just submit the invoice in it, it gets routed to the assigned person and once it's approved it moves to the finance team so the payment can be released.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside, it's an excellent tool for e invoicing.

Pros

Keeping track of supplier contracts and payments became much more transparent which helped us negotiate better terms and pricing with vendors.

Cons

organized but buggy on desktop

Pros

It does a really good job of keeping everything well organized.

Cons

The desktop web version feels a bit outdated. I also wish I didn't have to log in every time just to add comments, I should be able to reply by email instead.

smooth business management integration

Pros

My reviews

Pros

From lifecycle planning to vendor selection it covers procurement really well end to end. It handles everything across the process, starting before the PO stage and carrying through the full procurement workflow. The integration with our in house tools works very well too especially when it comes to speeding up payment processing. On top of that the authorization and single sign in setup feels secure and dependable.

Cons

The downside is that the system runs very slowly and the UI/UX is not very accessible so it takes quite a bit of time to learn. It also feels outdated overall. We've run into some issues when trying to add a large number of third party contractors and the platform could definitely use more capacity.

frustrating archaic workflows

Pros

It does automate parts of the process but the platform feels so clumsy that using it quickly becomes a chore.

Cons

Outdated workflows along with confusing messages and status updates that make no sense, are enough to drive users crazy.

Not a good experience

Pros

Nothing really stands out positively. The features are hidden away and using the system feels unnecessarily complicated.

Cons

It is completely confusing and hard to figure out. Support for suppliers is inadequate and there is no direct contact at all. Tickets only get handled when the buyer steps in.
