Pros
After hearing several VC peers recommend AtomInvest, we decided to use it to improve our investor reporting. The platform's capabilities really stood out and the team put in a lot of effort to meet our deadline. They managed to launch a live portal with hundreds of investor records backloaded in only two weeks.
Cons
The platform is simple to navigate and the branded investor portal presents well for our LPs. It gives them more flexibility in how they view reporting, while also saving our team a good amount of time.

“Flexible dashboards and painless migration”
Pros
This tool is fully customizable from the metrics all the way to the dashboards which has made it simple to organize and keep track of our data. It's also very simple for portfolio companies to upload information directly into the platform. The rollout went really well and their team put in extra effort to handle the data migration for us which took a huge burden off our shoulders during the switch.
Cons
Only downside is that the data brought over from our previous system was fairly limited. If we'd been using this from our first fund, we would have captured a lot more of the important information from the beginning.

Right away, the CRM felt simple to use. It gives us a reliable way to track every investor interaction which makes managing our fundraise feel much more organized and reassuring.
Cons
Getting everything set up took a little more time than we first anticipated but it became simple pretty quickly. Now we have peace of mind knowing our investors' personal information is stored securely while still being readily accessible.

“Portal for fast deals”
Pros
One of the best things about the portal is how flexible it is. We can set up new deals very quickly and it also makes it simple to give investors permission to view a deal live.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and it takes some time to move parts of your daily workflow into the platform. You do need to spend time learning how it works to get the most out of it but that effort is definitely worthwhile.

Working with this team has been a really positive experience. They've been highly responsive, quick to understand client needs and very collaborative throughout. On top of that, they've shown a real willingness to develop additional features on the platform for us and those additions have helped make our processes much more efficient.
Cons
Any time we've shared suggestions about the software, the team has genuinely listened and taken the feedback seriously. They were even open to building extra features for us which has been a huge plus and something we've really appreciated.

From the start this platform helped us bring consistency to our internal capital-raising workflows and the way we report progress back to clients. The platform gives us both a clear visual dashboard and the option to export branded Excel reports to share externally. Even though the interface looks simple, there's a lot of capability behind it and the note-taking tools and target sheets are especially practical, simple and well suited to what we need.
Cons
Since it is still relatively new in this space, the team has been extremely responsive to feedback on the platform and quick to put worthwhile suggestions into action so there's really nothing I can fault them on.
