The platform's capabilities really stood out and the team put in a lot of effort to meet our deadline. They managed to launch a live portal with hundreds of investor records backloaded in only two weeks.
Cons
The platform is simple to navigate and the branded investor portal presents well for our LPs. It gives them more flexibility in how they view reporting, while also saving our team a good amount of time.

“Flexible dashboards and painless migration”

This tool is fully customizable from the metrics all the way to the dashboards which has made it simple to organize and keep track of our data. It's also very simple for portfolio companies to upload information directly into the platform. The rollout went really well and their team put in extra effort to handle the data migration for us which took a huge burden off our shoulders during the switch.
Cons
Only downside is that the data brought over from our previous system was fairly limited. If we'd been using this from our first fund, we would have captured a lot more of the important information from the beginning.
