“flexible rental ERP setup”
Pros
This tool gives us a fully integrated ERP system that handles our rental business well and we haven't needed any source code changes to get the reporting we need. The configuration process is simple and it supports industry-specific requirements while still allowing the custom reporting our business depends on.
Cons
Because our setup uses Remote Desktop Services across several locations, users do notice slower response times at times. A few screen layouts and the way the cursor moves through fields can also be somewhat confusing.

“covers the full sales cycle”
Pros
One strong point with it is that it covered every stage of the sales process and it also let Valiant handle its accounting inside the same system.
Cons
it just wasn't keeping up with Valiant's pace. New releases would roll out and features that used to be there would either disappear or get changed, customer support was basically lacking, the system needed a lot of server space and overall it felt very dated to use.
