easy to use

Pros

Has been very easy to start off with. The interface is user friendly and the customizable options make it simple to bring the most important parts of our business into focus. The onboarding team was excellent to work with and I enjoyed collaborating with them!

Cons

Since I joined the organization later I wasn't involved in the original onboarding process and that ended up causing a few delays.

simple setup

Pros

Because the features are laid out in a simple and uncomplicated way, using the system was very easy. Nothing seemed overly complex or hard to figure out. The support was also excellent and was consistently helpful throughout the onboarding process.

Cons

While installation was simple the only downside was that it was harder to get timely onboarding assistance. because their team is based in India.

powerful accounting and inventory tools

Pros

It covers accounting and inventory management thoroughly and the B2B functions adds a lot of value to the overall system.

Cons

There is some initial difficulty when it comes to figuring things out since it requires some technical knowledge which not every staff member necessarily has.

Great onboarding support

Pros

Right from onboarding the team was outstanding with the help and support they provided. The whole transition felt simple, they stepped in without hesitation whenever needed and their knowledge of every part of the system was impressive. It really removed the stress from getting the software set up.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to mention from my perspective.

simple workflow

Pros

Very easy to use and the process is simple to understand! The upload templates make entering information much more convenient and downloading data is just as uncomplicated.

Cons

One drawback is that modules such as credit processing do not seem to have the necessary restrictions in place.

Pros

flexible imports and pricing

Pros

Switching a multi million pound, multi currency business to a new system is never something you take lightly but the move away from our old desktop software went very well overall. The import tools are excellent and give a lot of flexibility when bringing in customer and supplier lists, stock, purchase orders and sales orders. Being able to manage inventory with multiple currency cost pricing is a big advantage. Setting up contract pricing and customer specific discounts also works really well. Stock kits and BOM functions have been reliable and the integration with our external accounting package feels solid.

Cons

The warehouse management side still feels like it needs more work. It would really help to see more order information directly from the order screen especially the option to expand an order and view the items on the job without having to release it to picking first. In the packing area there's no way to select multiple orders going to the same destination and pack them together which is limiting. Another frustration is not being able to assign a supplier bill across multiple purchase orders unless they are merged into a single PO first.

scalable inventory management

Pros

One thing that really works well is how effective the inventory management system is and it also feels like it has plenty of room to grow as the business expands.

Cons

An improvement I'd really like to see is a simpler way to add all available variants to a purchase order at once.

Smooth integrations

Pros

Connecting it with Xero and WooCommerce has been one of the biggest benefits for us. The integration setup was simple and Xero in particular linked up without any trouble. The B2B store is probably the softwares strongest feature: it's very simple to manage and use and it has saved me a huge amount of time since I no longer need to manually invoice every client.

Cons

The problem is that it is fairly expensive and it can be a bit glitchy from time to time. When finishing an invoice it does not always push through to the Xero dashboard right away. There are also cases where stock transfers on a sales invoice fail properly and show an error but the sales invoice still goes through which means I have to manually correct each stock item afterward. On the WooCommerce side customer names on orders do not always import correctly either and the system tends to mix those up.

strong features

Pros

Running our e commerce inventory through this software has been a big plus for the business! The onboarding with their team was excellent and they have been incredibly supportive at every stage. The software also comes with a very broad set of features and functions which can feel a bit overwhelming at times but that's also what makes it such a valuable tool.

Cons

The app is not the most accessible to use and some stock related actions are located in odd places. It also feels somewhat limited when it comes to how much flexibility you have in storing information against your stock.
