Pros
Running a small business with this software has worked well for us for inventory, sales and purchase orders. It covers costing, invoicing and basic production jobs too so it handles most of the core things we need day to day. The integration with Xero makes the accounting side easy and connecting it with Shopify has also been really useful for both our B2B and B2C stores.
Cons
Support has become pretty slow and limited overall and it feels like they've lost a lot of flexibility over time. The online chat team often seems to have only a basic understanding of the product and after using the system for more than 10 years we usually know the platform better than they do. We also moved away from their B2B site and POS software because both felt buggy and too limited and we ended up replacing them with Shopify based alternatives.

“Effective API”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages has been its strong API and how much flexibility the interface gives us. Even being able to tweak certain workflows and fields in smaller ways has had a noticeable impact on our daily operations and helped improve overall efficiency!
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about because it has been performing very well for what we need. If I had to point to anything some of the more advanced customizations can take extra setup or require a workaround but it hasn't caused any meaningful disruption to our daily work.

Pros
Working with the technical support specialist was incredibly helpful. One of their reps guided me through a major upcoming project and showed me the best way to approach it so everything stays organized and systematic. I really appreciated the time, patience and care he gave throughout the conversation.
Cons
I don't have any negatives to mention. The entire process was helpful and informative and I now have a much clearer understanding of how to manage this project.

“good multi-store syncing, frustrating support”
Pros
Right from the start the software seemed promising because it could sync with multiple Shopify stores. The interface is also user friendly and fairly simple to work with.
Cons
My data keeps getting corrupted including inventory levels and values. Whenever I report these problems to their support, they do fix them but they never explain what caused the issue on the back end. Support is also slow, handled through tickets and many of those tickets often remain unresolved.

Pros
Every interaction felt helpful and their team was always ready to dig into the issue, find the right answer and get it resolved. They clearly know the system well which made the whole support experience very reassuring.
Cons
The only issue was the time difference with our location which slowed down the resolution of my ticket. If they could align customers with support teams in similar regions, response and resolution times would likely be faster. Apart from that I do not really have other complaints.

From the beginning the support has been excellent and the software itself performs really well! I feel completely confident using this software and I'm excited to keep growing with it.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is the ability to create prefix numbers for orders. It would also help to be able to delete old client products that we no longer do business with.

Acts as the central hub for our business, tying together both our ecommerce and wholesale ordering systems. The order and inventory management features work quite well overall. We do operate on a consignment model though and that's one area where the dashboard doesn't support our setup particularly well.
Cons
When setting up branches for consignment the dashboard shows stock on hand and available stock across all branches which ends up being misleading. Since consignment branches mean that our stock is actually held with customers, the dashboard should display SOH and available stock by branch or at the very least show it for the main branch with consigned stock excluded.

Pros
Getting around the platform feels easy and the layout is simple to follow. The integrations with Shopify and Xero are really useful and the copy and paste import function saves time in a lot of situations. It also does a solid job of keeping inventory centralized across different products and locations and being cloud-based means I can access it from anywhere.
Cons
The onboarding support didn't seem very experienced which ended up slowing the onboarding process. I also run into error messages quite often and logging out is usually the only way to clear them. Custom fields are pretty limited since they only allow text with no dropdown or numeric options. Another frustration is that custom pricing can't be imported into Sales Orders. On top of that the Shopify click and collect sync has problems with assigning the wrong default branches and the support team doesn't always show a strong understanding of business workflows. The integrated fields across platforms like Shopify and HubSpot also feel too limited.

Cons

Comes loaded with features and integrates with all the major marketplaces we use. Its core tools run a big part of our eCommerce operations, inventory control and warehouse management. The amount of value it brings is substantial and matching this level of capability with another solution would be very difficult.
Cons
Every now and then the system has performance or loading hiccups although they usually clear up on their own within a minute or two. Setting everything up properly can also be tricky because the platform is so flexible and can be customized to different workflows. That said the support team is available to point you in the right direction when needed. I recently had a really positive support experience while setting up a new Amazon Marketplace connection.

Whenever I need help the support feature really comes through. An agent usually jumps in within minutes and does everything they can to sort things out.
Cons
Occasionally connection problems get in the way and orders either fail to export properly or appear as not exported even when they actually went through which can create extra confusion afterward. Thankfully their customer service was able to fix it for me today.

One of the biggest strengths is how powerful its inventory management is! It keeps inventory data synchronized in real time which really helps cut down on stockouts and overselling. Cons

Switching a multi million pound, multi currency business to a new system is never something you take lightly but the move away from our old desktop software went very well overall. The import tools are excellent and give a lot of flexibility when bringing in customer and supplier lists, stock, purchase orders and sales orders. Being able to manage inventory with multiple currency cost pricing is a big advantage. Setting up contract pricing and customer specific discounts also works really well. Stock kits and BOM functions have been reliable and the integration with our external accounting package feels solid.
Cons
The warehouse management side still feels like it needs more work. It would really help to see more order information directly from the order screen especially the option to expand an order and view the items on the job without having to release it to picking first. In the packing area there's no way to select multiple orders going to the same destination and pack them together which is limiting. Another frustration is not being able to assign a supplier bill across multiple purchase orders unless they are merged into a single PO first.

Connecting it with Xero and WooCommerce has been one of the biggest benefits for us. The integration setup was simple and Xero in particular linked up without any trouble. The B2B store is probably the softwares strongest feature: it's very simple to manage and use and it has saved me a huge amount of time since I no longer need to manually invoice every client.
Cons
The problem is that it is fairly expensive and it can be a bit glitchy from time to time. When finishing an invoice it does not always push through to the Xero dashboard right away. There are also cases where stock transfers on a sales invoice fail properly and show an error but the sales invoice still goes through which means I have to manually correct each stock item afterward. On the WooCommerce side customer names on orders do not always import correctly either and the system tends to mix those up.

The software also comes with a very broad set of features and functions which can feel a bit overwhelming at times but that's also what makes it such a valuable tool.
Cons
The app is not the most accessible to use and some stock related actions are located in odd places. It also feels somewhat limited when it comes to how much flexibility you have in storing information against your stock.
