Pros
Over the past two years our trust has depended on Civica and it has worked out really well for us! The system is easy for our users to figure out and the omboarding team was extremely supportive, always on hand with guidance when we needed it. On top of that the customer service team has been quick to respond and effective whenever any issues have come up!

Pros
After using this at our school for several years for asset management, it has genuinely become a huge time saver for me. The team is always well informed and professional when they come on site and they carry out their work with very little disruption to the school day. They also take the time to answer any questions and talk through updates to the online system whenever needed. It saves me an incredible amount of time and honestly I'd be lost without their support. Definitely money well spent :)
