Pros

It covers our chemical accounting needs from end to end in our experience. Since the software is built specifically for the chemical industry, we didn't have to spend much time on customization. Most of the accounting features we were looking for were already included. One feature I really appreciate is the Batch Manufacturing module along with the Quality Control tools which helped us get rid of handwritten QC manufacturing logs.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about this software. It has easily been the best software purchase we've ever made.

Pros

Whenever we need help, I've noticed the support team gets back to us quickly and consistently provides useful, knowledgeable assistance. We don't have to contact them often but when we do, they're always reliable and helpful.

Cons

We'll need to purchase a new server this year so I'd really like to see faster investment in a cloud-hosted version of the product to help lower support-related costs.

Pros

At least the name is cute in my view. The price is low but it also feels like you get even less than what you paid for.

Purchase orders, PO receipts, supplier invoices, aged payables, selecting invoices to pay, printing checks and customer service are all disappointing.

Everything is laid out clearly which makes the product very user-friendly in my experience. It handles all the essential requirements needed to get a task done.

At first glance, it can feel a bit overwhelming. It also tends to lag when several tasks are opened at once though it is not too disruptive.

It is very easy to use and I find the user interface looks excellent.

One downside is that whenever you subscribe to something new, you have to get a new license.

After you get familiar with the navigation, I find it turns into a really helpful product. It can store a broad range of valuable information.

One thing I don't like is having to jump into separate transactions to print the sales order, bill of lading and work order. It would be much more convenient if all of those could be printed from a single location.

Being able to export Excel sheets directly from the Enterprise task has been very useful for us.

The program tends to slow down when I have multiple windows open for different companies or terminals.

Using this program feels very natural in my experience thanks to how simple it is to navigate, the clean user interface and the overall fluid performance.

Honestly there is nothing to complain about. Everything it offers is impressive and even when you really push it to the limit, it keeps going and handles more without missing a beat.
