Power BI connection works perfectly

Pros

It keeps getting updated on a regular basis which shows the team is actively improving and refining the product over time. I've also found that the connection with Power BI works really well....data flows smoothly, visualizations update reliably and I can build rich, interactive dashboards without jumping through hoops. That kind of integration turns raw data into real insights effortlessly.

Cons

Only thing that feels lacking is the appearance. It could definitely use a more polished and attractive design.

Smooth navigation and autofill

Pros

Navigation has improved in my experience and I also find the help sections much more usable now. Updates like autofill have been a really nice addition.

Cons

It still takes too much drilling down to locate certain searches and reports. A few features feel buried deeper than they should be.

It handles data collection and brings operational functions together all the way through to financial reporting which makes the whole process feel much more connected for us.

Cons

That said our company still relies on other software and separate functions outside the platform, such as SDS, Minitab, BOL processing, fixed assets and others.

flexible features and pricing control

Pros

There are a lot of useful functions built in and I find the customer screen is an excellent feature. Being able to schedule pricing changes ahead of time is also something I really appreciate.

Cons

Entering orders feels pretty slow and it's frustrating that printing or emailing a quote requires opening an entirely separate screen.

Simple tool despite complexity

Pros

Even though it's a complex system the tool feels fairly simple and usually lets me locate what I need without too much delay.

Cons

Setting up customers is still a very manual process and automating that would make a big difference. Handling remarks can also be difficult especially when the notes are no longer up to date.

Supportive team and efficient workflow

Pros

The convenience and efficiency really stand out in my experience. It feels like the team is there to support us in every way, not just to hear the positives but also to step in and address the tougher issues too.

Cons

At times there can be a little too much information on the screen all at once which can make it harder to quickly find what I need.

cleaner system with better reporting

Pros

Compared with our old AS400 system, I find this one much cleaner and it makes it a lot simpler to locate what we need. It also gives me more flexibility to go back and make changes on the AR side and the reports we're able to pull from the system have been really useful.

Cons

We still run into some issues in certain areas where packing slips and invoice amounts don't match because of backorder-related problems.

Most of the seminars were highly informative in my experience and I found the workshops turned out to be a really valuable resource.

Cons

Helpful hands-on learning

Pros

Having this available has been really interesting for me. I enjoy learning more about the system and getting direct, hands-on help with the things I needed support with at the office especially since trying to handle it over email is so difficult.

Cons

There isn't quite enough interaction for me. I prefer actually working through tasks which is why the computer-based workshops are the most useful part for me.

Great and helpful support

Pros

Customer service has been excellent for us and I find the technical team is always helpful, knowledgeable and full of useful insight.

Cons

Pros

Getting around the system and arranging the screens to fit the way I need to see things is very easy. I also find the help tab really useful whenever support or guidance is needed.

Cons

We do run into frequent issues with the system logging us out but aside from that, it's a great system to work with.

Pros

They keep rolling out new features and making ongoing improvements. I find the system easy to use and the documentation has gotten much better thanks to their recent efforts.

Cons

There's honestly very little to complain about. The team is consistently helpful when something needs to be resolved or reviewed, every support ticket feels like it matters and it's clear that feedback is actually being taken on board.

Simple financial reporting

Pros

Using it is easy for me and generating reports for financial purposes works really well.

Cons

At times when selecting an option from different modules, the tabs freeze and won't open again until the session is closed. It would be much better if tabs from multiple modules could stay open at the same time for financial comparisons.

Pros

The part I appreciate most is the support team. I find they're there whenever needed and are also very accessible during the annual conference.

Cons

Connecting it with third-party applications in a more modern way is still challenging. I'm hoping the public API portal is released soon.

Customizable reporting system

Pros

Our company has been very happy with the system especially with the ability to submit requests for system changes. Certain areas, like reporting, give us the flexibility to adjust report parameters or even create entirely new reports through Crystal Reports.

Cons

The extra cost for custom changes can be a downside even when those improvements would make the system better overall though that's understandable considering the time and effort some changes require. On the plus side, when those custom updates are useful for other companies too, they can end up being released across the entire network.

Strong finance and inventory tool

Pros

After needing a better way to manage both our finances and inventory than what we used before, I've found this system has turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. It gives us the tracking we needed and handles those areas much better than our previous setup.

Cons

Getting reports to print exactly the way I want is a bit tough. I understand that once the report is set up properly, it can be saved and reused later but reaching that point can sometimes be frustrating when trying to make it display the right information.
