A big plus for me is how well organized the workflow is and I find the online support always readily available with quick responses during normal business hours.

Purchase cost can be a challenge for struggling mid-sized institutions that want to adopt this software. It also has occasional failures that can cause data lag.

This is a very complete platform that supports practically every school-related task, from enrollment and attendance tracking to student reports. I find the information detailed and clearly presented and the software's versatility combined with its user-friendly design really helps keep users engaged. Overall I believe the school made a smart investment by choosing this system.

Cons

One of the best parts is that, as a representative, there is a dedicated panel to check student progress, along with a module created specifically for the representatives' committee.

It keeps things simple and easy to use which I really like.

Cons

One limitation is the Remote Desktop Connection and there's no way to add gifts directly to a constituent record.

It has exactly what I need without feeling oversized or too limited and I feel the overall size and scope are just right.

The admissions section could be a bit more advanced. If it had stronger capabilities there, we might have considered using that part too.

This has been an excellent choice for anyone needing an admissions database for a small school. I've found the customer support team always polite, responsive and genuinely willing to help. I would definitely recommend it for preschools and daycares. It has done a fantastic job.

Using this software has been easy and getting around the system doesn't take much effort. Customer support has also been reliable whenever help is needed and the reporting features do a good job of providing the information I need.

One downside is that enhancement requests tend to take a while before they're implemented so improvements don't always happen as quickly as expected.

From the start, our experience with it has been extremely positive. The customer service has been outstanding and the database feels very simple while still offering plenty of customization to fit your preferences. As our school has continued to grow over the years, we've kept discovering more advantages in the database. I really can't recommend them highly enough, in fact, I already have.

“Customizable reports and donor setup”

Pros

The system has been easy to use with a layout that makes sense and lets multiple team members work in it at the same time without issues. The reporting is incredibly fast and highly customizable which has been a huge plus. I also really appreciate being able to set up donor names the way we need and add custom fields that actually match the needs of our organization.

Cons

I'd still like to see an event tracking module. Something similar to the volunteer module would work really well for recording event attendance. It would also help to have a better way to document notes instead of relying on a single field in the development tab.

Their customer service has been outstanding. The team responds quickly and usually provides solutions that go beyond what I was initially looking for.

At times, I run into limits between enrollment data and admission data. With some reports I'm able to track and filter by date, while with others that option isn't available and I really wish it were.
