Pros
Planning orders with this software has been a really positive experience! The fact that its suggestions are always built on the latest sales figures makes the planning feel much more realistic and dependable. It helps a lot with controlling inventory better and overall the system makes order planning far more transparent, efficient and manageable.
Cons
However it does feel a bit too rigid and KPI reports can't be customized individually.

“Amazing platform!”
Pros
After more than a year of using this software it has had a real impact on my daily work by saving me a lot of time and making the whole process much more manageable. The platform offers thorough demand planning and uses advanced backend calculations to produce order recommendations which results in very accurate forecasting. Another big plus has been the integration with Merlin which has worked smoothly and added a lot of value. Marek our account manager has also been great throughout, always quick to respond and very supportive whenever any issue comes up.
Cons
Something that feels limiting is that the system only refreshes twice within 24 hours which is too infrequent. A manual refresh option would be very useful especially after updating information in Merlin. I also think the software can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning since it seems to be designed more with advanced users in mind than complete beginners.

Pros
Right away the software came across as a very capable sales history and forecasting tool, backed by a development team and real people who are there to help. It offers a huge range of features and a lot of potential for a business our size and honestly we still feel like we have only scratched the surface during setup. The onboarding took a while mostly because of our own internal IT process but their team were great throughout. They were transparent about workloads, open with information and had a really positive and honest approach.
Cons
Requires some time to get used to and it expects a certain level of knowledge from the average user. We were originally using the "Classic" interface before moving to the newer "EVO" version and the older one felt outdated and visually unappealing. On top of that the training seemed to be aimed more at advanced users who already understand forecasting algorithms which made onboarding harder to promote across the wider business.

“flexible forecasting that delivers”
Pros
From the first use the forecasting logic felt very advanced with flexibility built in where it actually matters. After the integration was in place the software started by supporting our old stock ordering reports and then gradually replaced most of them. It's a feature rich platform and it rarely feels like we're asking for something completely new. A big part of the value has come from our regular calls with their consultant especially since they've worked in the kinds of roles the software is meant to support. Over time we've kept refining how it connects with our ERP so it gets all the data it needs for accurate forecasting. They've also shown a real willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the interface did take time because it isn't immediately accessible. Proper training is definitely needed although to their credit the training is delivered very well. Our first integration also took several months though I can imagine companies using larger and more common ERP systems may have a more plug and play experience. There are also a few tasks, like historical data refreshes, configuration updates and custom reports that still have to be requested from their team instead of being handled directly within the software.

Pros
Very easy to figure out and works well for everyday use, not only for placing orders. Once you've spent a little time setting it up properly the product suggestions are really useful. If there's an unusual sale you can remove its impact from future forecasts which helps avoid over ordering. The support contact is also excellent and always helps with any issues or changes we need. It also gives very clear visibility of excess stock, overstock and end of line products.
Cons
One downside is that after making a change in the system you have to wait until the following day before the update is reflected.

Pros
Ordering through this software is much simpler when dealing with a broad range of suppliers and it saves a huge amount of time which helps make procurement more efficient.
Cons
A few tools could be made more effective. For example buffer stocks can only be updated in bulk when the same value is entered and the way inclusions and exclusions are handled for ordering days could be simplified into easy weekdays.

Right from the star the forecasting tool has felt like a strong data driven solution that delivers accurate and practical predictions. The reports from them have been incredibly useful and the risk of run out report has easily been the standout feature for me. The onboarding also went really well and has been one of the best rollouts I've personally been involved in.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. Any issues we've run into have mostly come from poor data being fed in from our current ERP system rather than from this software itself.

Pros
Using this software has made a noticeable difference in how we handle inventory. It's done a really good job helping us cut down on overstock and excess stock and the product recommendations are smart enough to help us serve customers better. The order fill up feature is a nice extra as well since it helps us get more out of each purchase order and boosts efficiency overall!
Cons
Still has a couple of things it could improve. It would be better if multiple users could export data at the same time and the case sensitivity issues in the system should definitely be resolved.

Right from the start it has been easy to figure out and use. Even though we're still in the early days the software already looks like it will organize our processes and support better decision making through useful data and ongoing reporting. Full credit goes to Michelle and Cristina for all their help in getting us live and for their continued support by email and Teams whenever needed. It's been genuinely appreciated!
Cons
At this stage there's nothing I really dislike. The only minor criticism is that search terms need to be entered with the correct case whether upper or lower but that's something I'll get used to quickly.

Pros
Offers a wide range of data and is easy to use. Orders can be processed and uploaded into our system quickly and whenever something comes up our customer support manager Amy takes care of it promptly.
Cons
We've only been using this for about four months so we're still coming across different issues and figuring out new ways to handle order processing. Once the column configurations are set up properly though everything becomes much more manageable.

Although I'm not heavily involved in using the software daily our procurement team regularly says it has made their work easier and given them much better visibility when making ordering decisions. I also want to give credit to the onboarding and customer success team including Mark, Amy and Michelle! Especially Amy who is always available by email or phone and responds very quickly!
Cons

Pros
Handling daily ordering with the software has saved me a huge amount of time. The standout benefit though is the customer service and support team. They're honestly unmatched. Any time I have a question or need small adjustments I get excellent help and thoughtful guidance. On top of that it offers plenty of ways to customize the system around your needs which is impressive considering it still stays user friendly.
Cons
Right now the biggest drawback is that I feel stuck using the Classic interface because Evolution is still missing some functions or works differently in ways that don't suit me. The clearest example is Order Fill Up. In Classic, from the recommended order I can choose order fill up and immediately view all items with projected next order dates without having to apply filters or meet extra requirements. In Evolution I have to be in Confirmed status and also choose a fill up to option first. To me the Classic version of order fill up is far more direct and capable. I would strongly suggest keeping the same approach as Classic because Evolution's order fill up just isn't usable for my needs and that's exactly why I feel locked into Classic.

Right from setup through onboarding and ongoing improvements their team has been consistently supportive and helpful. It has cut the time we spend creating purchase orders by at least 50% and the wider business now feels much more confident that we're making smarter well informed decisions. The software is also accessible and easy to use.
Cons
One part that took longer than expected was the onboarding process and it needed several rounds of software adjustments along the way. In the end though we got exactly what we wanted from the system.

One thing that has been really helpful is being able to search stock items and check box quantities right away. It's also very useful to pull up stock alternatives without wasting time and exporting stock transfers saves me from having to type everything out manually.

Managing more than 4000 SKUs used to be a real challenge for us especially when it came to forecasting accurately. It looks at every item individually, tracks shifts in demand and adjusts the forecast accordingly which solved a problem we had been struggling with for a long time. Another big improvement has been the ordering process. It used to take a lot of time moving information from Excel into our ERP but that is now automated which has saved the team a huge amount of time and lets us focus more on planning instead of just entering data. The dynamic lead time feature is also really valuable because it reflects real life lead times for each product so orders are forecasted using the most accurate timing possible. On top of that the support from therir team especially Cristina has been outstanding. From the initial training sessions that made sure we understood the system properly to the monthly check ins once we were actively using it, the support has been excellent! Emails are always answered quickly whenever we have questions. The part I value most is that it feels like an ongoing partnership where you keep working together to do what is best for your business and help it grow through the system.
Cons
At the beginning the only real difficulty we had with the software was getting used to some of the terminology around demand types. For example what we would normally call a best seller was labeled as erratic whereas we would describe it as fastmoving. Once you spend more time in the system and understand what the different terms mean it does start to make sense.

One of the best parts of the software is how much guesswork it removes from purchasing since it really does the hard thinking for you. It connects smoothly with our ERP system (Merlin Business Software) thanks to the existing integration and it updates twice a day. Support has also been consistently good and our account manager Marek has been especially helpful whenever needed.
Cons
There is a slight lack of flexibility which is fairly understandable for a web based system and we do run into occasional update errors. That said those issues are usually resolved pretty quickly.
