Handling daily planning through this software has been really convenient especially for sending guest invites and keeping track of MOM for future reference. The interface is user friendly, onboarding was quick and customer support responds fast. On top of that the tool comes with plenty of other useful benefits.

Don't have any complaints about it. It has been absolutely worth using and I would definitely recommend this tool to others in my network.

Does a really good job of helping advisors support students in a more effective way. It notifies staff when a student may be falling behind, makes it possible to send more personalized outreach and gives a full picture of each student's progress. The reporting and data tools are also very useful for spotting trends and making retention efforts easier to manage and improve.

Cons

A downside is that the setup and overall navigation can feel pretty complex especially for someone new to the system. Connecting it with other platforms may take technical know how and there are times when it feels like more customization options would help. It can also slow down when working with large amounts of data which can get in the way of efficiency.

Keeping track of student success is where this software really delivers. It helps lay out clear pathways to graduation and makes it much easier to follow student progress along the way.

The navigation can be hard to work with and getting trained on how to use the product is challenging as well.
