“Happy with our choice

Pros

My experience with ERP-One+ has been really positive overall. The implementation team was super helpful and knew their stuff which was beneficial for us as the setup process went smoothly. I also appreciate that they offer extra training and help whenever I need it. One of my favorite parts was attending the User Conference as it gave me a chance to talk to other users and pick up new tips and tricks. It was so helpful to see how others use the program and learn more about its features. I also like how open the ERP team is to feedback. They're genuinely interested in hearing new ideas and making improvements for their customers which really makes a difference. What I really love about this software is how easy it is to use and how much visibility it gives me compared to our old system.

Cons

Accounting system is not the best and could be a lot better. Also during the set up process the accounting team was not there to help out.

“Everything about this software is THE BEST

Pros

I've got a lot of good things to say about it ERPOne and honestly I can't think of anything bad. We have so many systems in place and right now it's hard to list them all. But the biggest win for us has definitely been the inventory management. Before we switched to ERP-ONE from IST, using the inventory control was such a hassle. Now, we've been able to reduce our inventory turnover and keep our costs down since making the switch.

Cons

The inventory control program for setting item MIN and MAX levels hasn't worked for me, no matter which system type I tried. I ended up having to go with a third-party system that actually works. I've been using it for 4 years now and it's been great. I also know there are features in the system that I just don't know how to use yet. I go to the user conferences and every time I learn something new that I can implement. I just wish there was an easier way to find and learn about all the features.

“Works the best for us

Pros

There are tons of features that help with our daily operations, so it's hard to pick just one module. The program works just like we expected. Best thing is that everything is explained clearly in the demo so do not worry about unpleasant surprises or hidden catches. Yes it does take a bit of trust to rely on customer service after the sale but I can honestly say we have never been let down by D1's support. They really back up what they promise.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative. Everything and everyone did exactly what they were supposed to and delivered on their promises.

“Limited and outdated

Pros

The system is fairly easy to understand when it comes to how information flows.

Cons

The documentation is super limited, and the stuff that's available seems to be for older versions, not the current one. So that makes the reliability a bit questionable. Also there is a lot of inconsistency in the programming and naming protocols. For example there are invoice programs that don't even have the word invoice in their name, so you cannot find them unless you know the code. Plus the dashboards should be customizable but they are not.

“We are not planning to switch any time soon

Pros

We've had this software for over 3 years and I am happy with how it works and the regular updates we get. I especially like that I can use my mouse for most tasks. I mainly handle the accounts receivable and accounts payable but the auto billing and check posting features are awesome and makes my experience even better. Entering invoices and paying bills is super easy too. Also they keep updating the program which I might not like by few but we're not looking to switch things up anytime soon.

Cons

I really wish there was more customization options available for the general ledger fields. I know accounting isn't always a big focus in software packages but most businesses need some kind of record keeping mainly in retail. I think ERP-One could do a better job in this area.

“Fairly simple and customizable

Pros

ERP-One software is easy to use and highly customizable. After just a little training, I am able to pull out the information I needed even if it wasn't in the standard reports.

Cons

Making accounting adjustments can be tricky like removing a credit from accounts payable after a refund as it involves a lot of complicated steps.

I love all the features, especially being able to log in and use the system from outside the office.

Pros

ERP-One has helped us grow our business in ways we never thought possible. The online ordering and ability to give our customers better data have been huge for us. We now have way better clarity and control over our inventory. Plus the system is super user-friendly and the functionality is great. We're not even using all the features yet but we're excited to keep exploring what more we can do with it!

Cons

Our buyers have lost some of the functionality they had with our old buying system. The buying module gets the most complaints from our team. We also found that the accounting side of D1 isn't as simple as we thought it would be. Our team definitely could use more training here because we are not feeling super confident in the financial numbers we are seeing in ERP-One or the processes we are using.

“Every day brings something new to our table

Pros

The software is all about configurability and scalability. ERP+ lets you customize things to fit your needs more than I in the start realized. Even though we haven't needed any custom programming to get what we want. Lastly the assistance customer support team offer is appreciate able. It is always easy to reach out to them when I have a question.

Cons

There is so much to this software and I feel like we are only scratching the surface and using about 20% of whats available. And they mentioned during implementation that it would take time for us to really feel confident about maximizing the software's power.

“Perfect solution

Pros

It fits our needs perfectly and is simple to program for all our requirements. Also working with customer service is not a problem. They are professional and most of the times you're always talking to the same person.

Cons

Occasionally, it can't do exactly what we want but I don't think that's because D1 isn't trying hard enough.

“Excellent and getting better too

Pros

ERPOne software has really stepped up to provide us everything we need. They made big improvements on the accounting side which was our biggest concern in the start. Overall it is pretty easy to use and navigate.

Cons

We aren't using a lot of the features because there are so many things about which we just so not know. Well they have started updating their reference info which is great, but there are still things we could use if we just knew how to set them up properly. I'd love to see better alignment with the general ledger reporting. For example it would be awesome to run an income statement and be able to right-click on a number to drill down continuously to see what entries are in an account, instead of having to hop between two different modules.

“Futuristic product

Pros

It was super easy for us to transition to this system and it's really userfriendly too. On other words it's a complete package.

Cons

The screen sizes for multiple branches and secondary processes can be a bit clunky.

“The best for all my requirements

Pros

ERP-One can be customized to work for all kinds of businesses. From EDI capabilities and warehouse management to handling small orders it really does it all. Plus their support goes above and beyond.

Cons

No complaints here! Our company really loves ERP-One and we are excited to see what the future holds for the software.

“An old and happy user

Pros

I've been at Guidon Corporation for about 8 years now and I use the ERP-One system every day for sales, purchasing, inventory management reporting, you just name it. From my experience, once you get the hang of the run codes, entering, reading and reporting information, everything become a piece of cake for you. Also ERP-One gives you all the tools you need to enter, purchase, ship and receive materials, plus it helps you accurately check inventory levels.

Cons

Building work orders and hardware kits while checking inventory can get very confusing for me at times and take a lot of time.
