it lets me control raw materials, oversee production and keep track of inventory.

Honestly I find it a little complicated to create a formula and then link it to the finished product, it often takes some trial and error.

It took me a long time to locate this product, I had been considering those extremely costly onsite MRP/ERP packages and kept feeling they were more than I required. This is precisely the solution I needed.

I'm always impressed that they are willing to adapt and customize areas that require extra functionality.

Navigation and setup can sometimes feel difficult for me because the system includes a lot of functionality.

From my experience the program offers a wide range of features plus extensive customization settings making it especially suited to different sectors particularly manufacturing. While I was testing it, the support team responded very quickly to my questions.

No software is flawless in my view and I appreciate that I can tailor it to our needs since I find it highly customizable with some practice and help from support.

The POS module still needs additional functionality and I believe broader support for different payment methods would improve it.

As someone running operations, whether I need to handle sales orders online or offline, manage a CRM, plug in a POS that syncs, keep track of physical inventory and shipping, control costs at brick-and-mortar sites, oversee manufacturing or service projects or integrate great accounting, it does it all for me. I'm honestly blown away by how capable it is.

Cons

A more modern and user-friendly interface would appeal to me, similar to the polished feel of Microsoft 365 though I remain satisfied with the value and capabilities considering the price.

When I first opened the GUI it felt a little clunky but after spending time learning it I found it worked well enough.

Color choices sometimes make navigation harder for me because locating certain features or options becomes difficult.
