manufacturing powerhouse for small budgets

Pros

The platform includes a lot of manufacturing and kitting tools for small businesses that I normally see only in much bigger, pricier software packages and I find it delivers excellent bang for my buck.

Cons

Shipping integration feels weaker than other services and I also experienced a steep learning curve when I first started using it.

Limited integration..

Pros

For small business owners and people in industrial fields, it's a manufacturing and inventory powerhouse ERP platform and I find it extremely useful.

Cons

Integration options felt limited and I had difficulty connecting the system with all of our tools, creating support tickets also gave me some trouble.

Dependable, simple, feature-rich tool

Pros

The team's experience with this tool has been fantastic. It's dependable, convenient and loaded with great features. It helped us align day-to-day operations, keep accurate inventory records, handle orders smoothly and boost overall productivity. I find the return on investment really stands out and the support team is both quick to respond and clearly knowledgeable.

Cons

To be honest, there's almost nothing I dislike about it. Every so often we needed to learn how a new feature worked but the support team stepped in and helped us get up to speed very quickly.

outstanding support

Pros

Using the platform is incredibly simple and I find their customer support absolutely outstanding.

Cons

Great and highly efficient tool

Pros

The system delivers great features while costing only a small fraction compared to most ERP systems and I find it highly efficient.

Cons

Integration with QuickBooks Desktop isn't available and I can only connect it with QuickBooks Online.

Supports manufacturing and quickbooks

Pros

Capabilities cover a huge range, supporting both discrete and process manufacturing and I find the QuickBooks integration absolutely essential for our setup.

Cons

The learning curve feels somewhat steep because I have to work through many features and reports before becoming comfortable.

Handling everything from quotes right through to dispatch is simple and I like that the document designer lets me customize how every piece of output looks.

easy to understand and adapt

For me it's simple and convenient I find it's easy to use and understand even when I'm adapting the software for use outside of manufacturing.

Cons

QuickBooks integration works only as a one-way sync and I believe two-way or real-time synchronization would be far more useful.

Simple support with tutorials

Pros

How simple it is to reach out for assistance. There always seem to be available support slots, often on the very same day and the various YouTube tutorials are genuinely useful for my team.

Cons

So far I haven't spotted any real downsides. I've been using this for ten months now and from my experience, everything has been running very smoothly.

Pros

I find the system very organized and cloud-based and the sales, accounting and reporting tools make it really simple for me to review all the details.

Cons

One downside I've run into is the lack of Arabic language support and when trying the demo I wish I could give access to more than one user so we could test it together.

Clear and satisfying BOM layout

Pros

To be honest, I found the BOM page really satisfying, the layout felt clear and easy to navigate which I genuinely appreciated.

Cons

Since it's a paid service, I realized I don't get unrestricted free access, instead the free offering limits how much I can use it, based on usage counts rather than a time window.
