manufacturing powerhouse for small budgets

Pros

The platform includes a lot of manufacturing and kitting tools for small businesses that I normally see only in much bigger, pricier software packages and I find it delivers excellent bang for my buck.

Cons

Shipping integration feels weaker than other services and I also experienced a steep learning curve when I first started using it.

Pros

For small business owners and people in industrial fields, it's a manufacturing and inventory powerhouse ERP platform and I find it extremely useful.

Cons

Dependable, simple, feature-rich tool

Pros

The team's experience with this tool has been fantastic. It's dependable, convenient and loaded with great features. It helped us align day-to-day operations, keep accurate inventory records, handle orders smoothly and boost overall productivity. I find the return on investment really stands out and the support team is both quick to respond and clearly knowledgeable.

Cons

To be honest, there's almost nothing I dislike about it. Every so often we needed to learn how a new feature worked but the support team stepped in and helped us get up to speed very quickly.

Simple support with tutorials

Pros

How simple it is to reach out for assistance. There always seem to be available support slots, often on the very same day and the various YouTube tutorials are genuinely useful for my team.

Cons

I find the system very organized and cloud-based and the sales, accounting and reporting tools make it really simple for me to review all the details.

Cons

One downside I've run into is the lack of Arabic language support and when trying the demo I wish I could give access to more than one user so we could test it together.

To be honest, I found the BOM page really satisfying, the layout felt clear and easy to navigate which I genuinely appreciated.

Cons

Implementation was incredibly simple, I was able to import all our legacy data without hassle. The user interface is clean, convenient and simple to navigate. Our whole team picked up the process quickly and I find it matches exactly what we were looking for. For our inventory management, this tool has been a real godsend. I've cut down inventory levels and obsolete stock which has helped boost profitability. Customers can also check warehouse availability and place orders directly, a feature I find very useful.

Cons

Easy peasy implementation

Pros

Implementing it was very easy because we could import data from our old system without any trouble. The user interface is very user-friendly. The process was easy for all users to grasp. It was exactly what we wanted. ERPAG has greatly helped us manage our inventory. We have reduced our inventory levels, eliminated obsolete stock, and improved our profitability. With ERPAG, our customers can also view the stock in our warehouse and place orders, which has been very beneficial.

Cons

Their customer support is very quick to respond and answers my questions fast. However, sometimes when I ask them complex or difficult questions, they may not have the answers.

A new and helpful tool

There is a lot of flexibility when handling sales, inventory, and manufacturing. This makes ERPAG perfect for small to medium businesses that want to bring all their operations together under one platform. The customer portal is a fantastic tool that allows us to sell from inventory and build relationships with your B2B clients. The price offers great value, and we have compared it with at least 50 other software options.

Cons

During the free trial, there is no option to test all the features available in ERPAG which is pretty annoying.

ERPAG for managing small businesses.

Pros

Switching to ERPAG was one of the best business decisions I have made in the last five years. Training new employees to use the program is straightforward. It is a powerful program that can likely do much more than we currently use it for, but it perfectly fits our needs. The customer service is outstanding, and I believe it offers great value.

Cons

Customizing some documents is a bit tricky, but the ERPAG team provided us a lot of assistance along the way.

Impressive functionality for price

Pros

For what I paid, I'm impressed by its functionality versus its price point.

Cons

Honestly the interface feels a bit clunky and not very attractive. I often run into loading screens which force me to rework things especially when my connection is flaky. It definitely seems the developers prioritized functionality over aesthetics, I get that but I still think a nicer-looking platform would make a big difference.

Its handy units-of-measure setup lets me handle products using two distinct units of measure at once. On top of that, I enjoy the flexibility offered through customizable fields, the built-in report designer and the intelligent automation feature that aligns repetitive tasks.

Cons

the absence of fixed asset management is noticeable and I feel the Service work orders feature could use deeper functionality and exploration. I can't add much more detail right now since we're still in the trial phase, testing and validating our processes within the system.

Impressive capabailities

Pros

The unit of measure system is very useful, allowing us to manage items in two different units of measure simultaneously. It also has excellent customization options, such as custom fields, a report designer, and a smart automation tool.

Cons

There is no management option for fixed assets, and the service work orders could be explored in more detail. I cannot say much more since we are still in the trial period and working on validating our processes in the system.
