initial happiness with having a clothing account but that feeling was completely overtaken by negative experiences.
Cons
I received services i did not ask for, including funeral policies and other insurance. When i tried to cancel those services by phone, nobody helped me. The account became overdue and was handed over. My experience was very draining and has ruined the my credit score and has led to deep regret for opening the account. I also faced poor customer service and a lack of support for contract termination.
