Pros
Being able to manage inventory and tickets, with this software, you can also easily locate different parts for your warehouse and manage accurate inventory of the parts.
Cons
The only issue with this software is the long delay in posting or receiving an item on a purchase order. Sometimes it just spins for a long time.

Every now and then their development team is slow to implement fixes. This could be improved with more development staff. Their after-hours cost is very expensive but even with the expense it's good to have someone available if you need them. They do a lot of hands-off support andI would prefer more hands-on help and involvement.
