“excellent lead tracking and reporting

Pros

From my experience, this has been one of the best ERP systems for lead management and MIS reporting and I find both areas handled very effectively.

Cons

At times, we do run into slowness and I feel the interface could use a different and more modern design.

Pros

The far-vision layout stands out to me because I can quickly view key details on the home page. I like being able to check invoices and purchase orders without navigating through multiple sections.

Cons

There is really nothing I dislike, though it would be even better if downloading reports took fewer steps.

Pros

It covers real estate business requirements well in my experience and I've found it integrates smoothly with other CRM tools. I also appreciate that updates continue based on changing regulations.

Cons

Support is not available on Saturdays and Sundays which can be a problem when help is needed on weekends. Also some basic core requirements are treated as feature requests so they end up taking longer than expected to be developed.

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is the ERP update system and I find the popup reminders for assigned leads very helpful. It makes follow-ups easier for me and helps me stay on schedule with clients.

Cons

The only downside is that bulk uploads and report downloads can be delayed at times.

It's a decent piece of software overall and while I don't find a standout feature, I still consider it reliable for general use.

One downside is that it tends to run slower than other software options.

It can be a bit slow when adding a new record and the overall processing time also feels slower than expected.

The project-wise accounting system is the part I appreciate most and I find it especially useful in my day-to-day work.

Cons

It's quite difficult to understand and you really need proper training to use it well.
