Pros
From my experience, this has been one of the best ERP systems for lead management and MIS reporting and I find both areas handled very effectively.
Cons
At times, we do run into slowness and I feel the interface could use a different and more modern design.

“thoughtful onboarding support”
Pros
The onboarding team was organized, well informed and consistently quick when questions came up. Their patience and flexibility made the biggest difference especially since our own internal processes pushed back the start date. Instead of pressuring us or making us feel like a hassle, they adjusted to our schedule and made sure we had the support we needed once we were ready to begin. It felt very customized to our situation and their willingness to adapt throughout the process stood out. They genuinely seemed invested in helping us succeed and it ended up being one of the best onboarding experiences I've had with a new platform.
Cons
At this stage, we're still working through configuration and testing so there really aren't any drawbacks to point to yet. Up to now, everything has gone well and the onboarding team has done a strong job of setting us up for a successful launch. We'll have a clearer view of any possible improvements once we've spent more time with the tool and rolled it out to the wider business.

Pros
The far-vision layout stands out to me because I can quickly view key details on the home page. I like being able to check invoices and purchase orders without navigating through multiple sections.
Cons
There is really nothing I dislike, though it would be even better if downloading reports took fewer steps.
