“User-friendly order entry”
Pros
The software is very easy to use and navigate. The order entry and interrogation programs provide a substantial amount of information specially when combined with the available export-to-Excel reporting feature.
Cons
While the functionality exists, it does not always align perfectly with the user's specific requirements, necessitating changes or customizations. Additionally, there is no full audit trail readily available for management; users must go through the helpdesk to obtain this information. Having direct access to audit trails would be a significant improvement.

An increasing number of screens and reports are now including export-to-Excel functionality that allows data to be manipulated more easily than before.
Cons
For a high-volume company, certain steps in the sales order processing and credits workflows feel unnecessarily tiring. The process could be much smoother and more efficient.
