The system is easy and fast to use, truly cloud-based and I value the dependable support and ability to link it with external systems.
Cons
The standard package includes too few API calls and I found this restrictive for our usage.

The software is complete and easy to operate and I've received excellent phone and email support, navigation is effortless and the screens feel modern and up-to-date.
Cons
Having training videos would be helpful, as I think they could make onboarding much smoother.

“Fast and configurable management system
Pros
Compared to many other programs, this one is far simpler to use and configure. I really like the interface and how the features are laid out. For what we use it for, it's very comprehensive and, above all, fast.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any problems and I find both the service and product excellent.

“Powerful cloud erp for manufacturing

We've relied on management systems for many years and at last I feel we've found a solution that truly suits us. It's simple, speedy and easy to connect with other platforms. My company manufactures and retails dairy food products so besides the standard invoicing and order handling we needed a reliable system to manage the warehouse, batch tracking and their expiration dates, plus an automated process for supplier orders. Thanks to this tool we linked our suppliers to the platform via API, allowing them to automatically download orders so they can fulfill shipments as quickly as possible. We issue hundreds of small-value invoices every month but the automatic creation of invoices from delivery notes (DDT) saves us a huge amount of time each month.
Cons
We needed more API calls than the base package provides and I had to purchase an additional package to meet our needs.

It was ready after just a few simple steps and I found it very easy to customize, plus the support team was available and knowledgeable.
Cons
Evaluating the iOS and Android apps, I think they could be improved, for instance by adding push notifications to enhance real-time usability.

The software is really easy to use and I mainly rely on it for invoicing as well as managing payments and receipts, the support team is attentive and responsive.
Cons
Some real estate�specific features would have been nice though I understand they're not included because I'm using a general business tool.

We connect our e-commerce platform through their APIs, while it's understandable they've optimized them for most customers, for a company like ours with a very large number of items they can feel a bit restrictive. In any case we're actively trying to resolve this to optimize our situation.
