We found that setting up large datasets takes a lot less time with this which has been a huge help for our workflow.

It is easy to use and it gives me a lot of control over my data. I also have plenty of options available for creating reports that are actually actionable and useful.

Getting started does come with a bit of a learning curve but the support team is very helpful and stays with you through each step of the process.

Getting around the platform is very easy and it doesn't take much effort to use day to day. It also offers plenty of variety when it comes to data visualization which makes reporting more flexible.

One thing I find this software does really well is flexibility. From my perspective, considering how many challenges come with building a product for an industry that serves multiple customers with very different requirements, it handles that complexity impressively. I also feel it does a great job of supporting a wide range of variable output needs.

My concern isn't really with the software itself as much as the lack of universal stats across platforms that would make comparisons easier. There are workarounds but they require more manual effort than we'd prefer. You can open two sessions of the same report for a side-by-side comparison but once you start drilling down further, both sessions reset to the most recently selected date range.

From day one, the platform has done exactly what it promises for us by sending the raw data from every live connection straight into a hosted database. Our engineering team has found the team fast and very knowledgeable and they've even helped us add new fields to our dataset when we requested them. The documentation for new products has been clear, well organized and easy to follow. On top of that, our support team has been excellent, our Customer Success Manager knows the product inside and out, stays in regular contact with the development team and keeps us updated consistently on the status of development work.

Within just a few days each month, this has helped us scale our reporting quickly and produce dozens of multi-page, multi-channel reports. Our experience with the support team has been very positive, as they are patient, stay aligned with our priorities and have gotten noticeably better at digging into problems and sticking with them until everything is fully resolved.

Since they're still a relatively small newcomer in the space, we came across other platforms that offered more built-in data sources and a wider selection of widgets right out of the box. That said their team has created many custom solutions for us as part of the ongoing package and has never turned down a reasonable request.

One of the biggest advantages for us is how many different data sources it can connect to, along with the ability to build custom metrics and control how the data is displayed. I've also found the interface clean and simple so getting comfortable with the platform didn't take much time.

A few data sources still don't offer the level of granularity I'd want although the team has been very responsive about that and it seems likely to improve soon. Some APIs could also use further development but that's clearly an area the team is actively working on.

Getting everything set up took quite a bit of effort and a lot of back-and-forth at the beginning but it paid off in the end because we ended up with a fully customized report that automated the manual work we had been doing and kept things aligned with what our clients were already used to.

Right away, this platform felt powerful to me. It connects to a huge range of platforms through tons of APIs and they keep adding more over time. The Google Sheets integration is especially strong. Our experience with customer support has also been excellent, they are very responsive whenever needed. On top of that, I've found the data collection incredibly detailed and thorough. It pulls in literally hundreds of fields from different platforms and we have plenty of flexibility to customize how we measure and view the data. A lot of reporting tools seem impressive at first but then you discover one major limitation that makes them unusable for your specific needs. That has never happened in our case and the product just keeps improving.

The only thing I'd really like to see added is more data preparation and transformation functionality which would take it to the next level.
